Cross Country (2025): Finished fourth at the Utah-hosted Beehive Invitational with a 7K time of 21:39.71, helping the Aggies win the team title… Took 32nd at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with an 8K time of 23:52.5… Placed 120th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational with a 8K time of 24:37.3… Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Posted a season best in the 5,000 meters of 14:24.35, taking 22nd place in his section at the Washington Invitational… Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the USU-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Invitational in a season-best 8:32.71.
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 10,000 meters at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 30:01.61… Ran a season-best 5,000 meters of 14:10.73 at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational, placing 18th in his section… Academic All-MW honoree… MW Scholar-Athlete… USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

Cross Country (2024): Placed seventh at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 7K time of 21:05.29, leading all Aggie runners… Finished 21st at the UC Riverside Invitational with an 8K time of 23:55.3… Took 61st at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with an 8K time of 24:27.9… Placed 163rd at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with an 8K time of 24:23.9… Finished 49th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a 10K time of 30:24.6… Earned Mountain West Men’s Cross Country Freshman of the Week honors on September 3… Academic All-MW honoree… MW Scholar-Athlete.
 
Indoor: Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters and 16th in the 3,000 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, finishing in 14:25.91 and a personal-best 8:18.03, respectively… Set a personal best in the DMR with a time of 10:05.68 as his team placed second at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games… Ran a personal-best time of 14:07.29 in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational, placing seventh.

Indoor: Set a season best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:38.45 as he placed fifth at the Weber State Invitational… Finished second with a season-best time of 14:44.44 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games… Earned Academic All-Mountain West recognition… MW Scholar-Athlete… USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Six-time letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Westlake High School in Saratoga Springs, Utah… During his senior season, he placed fifth at the state championships in cross country… Placed fifth in the 3,200 meters and eighth in the 1,600 meters at the outdoor state championships… A two-time All-State honoree in both cross country and track and field… Had career-best times of 15:12 in cross country (5K), 9:09 in the 3,200 meters, 4:17 in the 1,600 meters and 1:58 in the 800 meters… Competed in mountain biking as a four-year starter… Graduated in the top six percent in his class out of 850 with a 4.0 GPA… Named Academic All-State and earned the Light and Excellence Scholarship.
