2019 (SR)
Cross Country (2018): Placed 58th with a time of 21:23.7 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 25th with a time of 21:54.3 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in five meets with her best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where she placed third with a time of 18:31.50… Finished 37th with a time of 21:37 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run… Placed 82nd with a time of 21:37.5 at Pre-Nationals... Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing third in the DMR with a school-record time of 11:31.69 at the Indoor Championships… Also placed eighth in the mile with a time of 4:59.78 at the Indoor Championships… Ran career-best time of 4:59.65 in the mile at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor, where she placed fourth in the event… Set personal-best time of 10:30.27 in the 3,000 meters to place second at the Montana State Dual Meet… Recorded time of 11:37.89 in the DMR, which ranks second all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:38.99 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Ran career-best time of 4:32.10 in the 1,500 meters to place 15th in the event at the Mt. SAC Relays… Finished first in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:34.90 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

2018 (JR)
Cross Country (2017): Did not compete during the season.
Indoor: Did not compete during the season.
Outdoor: Competed in the 800 meters at just two meets… Best finish of the season was at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational, where she placed fourth with a time of 2:16.72… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2017 (SO)
Cross Country (2016): Competed in three meets during the season with her best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, where she placed 10th with a time of 19:07.95… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed sixth in the DMR with a season-best time of 11:53.65, which ranks sixth all-time in school history, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished 15th in the prelims of the 800 meters (2:17.04) at the Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the season… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

2016 (RS-FR)
Cross Country (2015): Did not compete during the season.
Indoor: Placed 14th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.88 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Ran personal-best times of 5:15.17 in the mile at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational and 2:13.97 in the 800 meters at the New Mexico Team Challenge.
Outdoor: Placed 15th in the prelims of the 800 meters with a time of 2:22.66 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded a personal-best time of 2:16.30 in the same event at the UCLA-hosted Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersey Invitational… Garnered academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2015 (FR)

Outdoor: Redshirted during the season, but earned USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in volleyball, cross country, and track & field at Mountain View High School in Orem, Utah... Helped lead Mountain View HS to a cross country championship in 2011... Placed second in state in the 800 meters and 1,600 meters.

PERSONAL: One of seven children of Edward and Nancy Ryan... Majoring in pre-physical therapy.
