Cross Country (2024): Finished eighth at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:19.35.
Indoor: Took second in the 3,000 meters at the Nevada Invitational with a personal-best time of 10:08.63… Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:13.85 as she placed fifth at the Weber State Invitational… Won the 3,000 meters at the BYU December Invitational with a time of 10:23.19.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2024 (SO)
Cross Country (2023): Began her collegiate career at by placing ninth with a 5K time of 18:53 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Finished 166th with a 5K time of 18:22.2 at the Virginia Invitational… Took 30th with a 6K time of 22:18.1 at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational B Race… Placed 60th with a 6K time of 22:30.5 at the Mountain West Championships.
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 36:28.75 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:23.56 as she placed 23rd at the Weber State Spring Open… Won the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:36.02 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational.

2023 (FR)
Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational with a career-best time of 10:10.76.
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 10,000 meters at the Long Beach State Invitational with a career-best time of 35:30.36, ranking eighth all-time at USU… Placed 17th in the 5,000 meters at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a career-best time of 17:04.91.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track & field at West Albany High School in Albany, Oregon… Recorded career-best times of 18:12.2 in the cross country 5K, 2:33.28 in the 800 meters, 4:52.78 in the 1,500 meters and 10:36.40 in the 3,000 meters… Placed second at the cross country Mid-Willamette District Championships in 2021… Finished second at the OSAA 5A State Cross Country Championships in 2021… Earned all-state and all-district accolades in cross country in 2021 and 2019… Made the all-state team in the 3,000 meters in 2022.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Spencer and Christina Ludlow… Has three brothers and sisters… Majoring in psychology with a minor in physics.
