Cross Country (2024): Won the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 17:59.14, leading the Aggies to a sweep of the top five places and the team title … Took 17th at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 6K time of 20:25.4, helping the Aggies to a team title… Placed 29th at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with a 6K time of 20:45.4… Finished 50th at the Princeton Fall Classic with a 6K time of 20:45.1… Took 42nd at the Mountain West Championships with a 6K time of 22:24.0, helping Utah State finish sixth… Placed 68th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a 6K time of 21:21.6.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the DMR, 20th in the mile prelims and 28th in the 3,000 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with times of 11:49.89 (setting a personal best), 5:01.30 and 10:10.17, respectively… Ran a personal-best mile of 4:46.86 at the Washington Invitational, finishing 32nd.

Indoor: Placed 15th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:54.17 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters (45th, 9:32.60) and a season best in the mile (40th, 4:48.65) at the Washington-hosted Husky Classic.
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:26.61 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Won her section of the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:28.75 at the Stanford-hosted Payton Jordan Invitational.

Cross Country (2022): Opened the season by placing seventh with a 5K time of 18:29 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where the Aggies finished first… Finished 202nd with a 6K time of 21:31.8 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run as Utah State placed fourth out of 46 teams… Placed 263rd with a 6K time of 21:15.6 23:15.4 at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational.
Indoor: Placed 38th in the 5,000 meters at the Washington-hosted Husky Classic with a career-best time of 16:32.58, ranking fifth all-time at USU… Finished fourth in the 3,000 meters at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial with a career-best time of 9:52.38.
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 1,500 meters at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a career-best time of 4:25.76, ranking ninth all-time at USU, after qualifying through the preliminary round in sixth place with a time of 4:28.50… Placed seventh in the 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational with a career-best time of 16:26.56, ranking fourth all-time at USU.

Indoor: Placed 16th in the mile with a time of 5:08.72 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Placed second in the DMR with a season-best time of 12:41.45 at the BYU Invitational… Ran a career-best time of 5:03.63 in the mile to finish second at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Set a season-best time of 10:15.43 in the 3,000 meters, placing seventh at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational.

Cross Country (2019): Was the top Aggie finisher at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships as she placed 39th with a time of 21:07.3… Finished 22nd with a time of 21:05.1 at the Mountain West Championships… Made her Utah State debut at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational, where she placed 115th with a time of 21:57.1.
HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time letterwinner in track & field and four-time letterwinner in cross country at Mountain View High School in Orem, Utah… A three-time MVP in cross country and track & field for the Bruins, a four-time cross country state champion qualifier and a 10-time track & field state champion qualifier in the 800 meters, 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters… Finished second in the 2018 cross country state championship in the three-mile run with a time of 17:48… Ran a program-best time of 18:24.3 in the 5,000-meter run at the BYU Autumn Classic… Was a NIKE Team National Qualifier and a team regional top finisher, placing fourth overall (17:15.6) in the 5,000-meter run… Competed in soccer for the Bruins and played basketball as a freshman at Orem Junior High School … Member of the Hope Squad and student council at Mountain View HS.
