Cross Country (2022): Placed 65th with a 6K time of 21:36.1 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 49th with a 6K time of 21:34.7 at the Mountain West Championships, where the Aggies placed third as a team.

2022 (SO)
Cross Country (2021): Finished 192nd with a time of 21:08.8 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships as Utah State placed 28th as a team… Finished 52nd with a time of 21:41.1 as the Aggies to a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 16th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 20:22.7 to help the Aggies place second for their best-ever finish at the confer­ence championships… Placed 13th with a time of 17:07.40 in the 5K to help the Aggies captured the team title at the Montana State Cross Country Classic… Finished 30th with a time of 20:41.1 as USU finished fourth at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run… Placed 173rd with a time of 21:49.6 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed 14th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:23.45 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished fifth in the 5K with a personal-best time of 16:42.31, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational… Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:00.61 at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 35th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:38.69 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Finished ninth in the 10,000 meters with a time of 34:51.58, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the Stanford Invitational… Ran a personal-best time of 17:17.62 in the 5,000 meters, placing 16th at the Fresno State Invitational... Was named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (FR)
Cross Country (2020): Was the second Aggie to cross the finish line at the Mountain West Championships, placing 22nd overall with a time of 20:58.1… Helped Utah State capture the team title at the Dixie State Invitational, finishing 11th with a time of 21:24.6, third among Aggie competitors… Also competed at the Florida State Winter Classic, finishing 115th in the Garnet Race with a time of 22:39.3… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Placed second in the 5,000 meters with a personal-best time of 17:59.74 at the Weber State Twilight Meet… Finished 16th in the 10,000 meters with a career-best time of 36:08.49, which ranks ninth all-time in school history, at the Drake Relays… Garnered academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Mountain View High School in Meridian, Idaho… Placed 12th individually at the Idaho 5A State Cross Country Championships as a senior, and helped the Bulls to top-five team finishes at state each of her final three seasons… Earned all-state and all-district cross country honors… Recorded personal-best times of 5:14 in the mile, 11:48 in the two mile, and 18:14 in the 5,000 meters as a senior… Also played on the school’s basketball team as a freshman.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Robert and Jennifer French… Older sister, Amber, plays on Utah State’s club rugby team… Graduated from Mountain View HS with a 3.8 GPA... Majoring in health education and promotion.
