Cross Country (2022): Placed 15th with a 5K time of 19:43.9 at the Utah Open, where Utah State finished first as a team… The fourth Aggie to cross the finish line in the Open Race at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, completing the 6K course in 21:45.4… Best finish of the season was at the Idaho State Open, where she placed sixth with a 6K time of 23:09.2 to help the Aggies capture the team title.
Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a season-best time of 10:45.59… Placed 17th in the mile at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational with a season-best time of 5:21.96.
Outdoor: Placed 34th in the 1,500 meters at the Utah Spring Classic with a time of 5:07.36… Earned CSC academic all-district, academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors… Earned the Joe E. Whitesides Award.

Cross Country (2021): Did not compete during the season.
Indoor: Placed second in the mile with a personal-best time of 5:04.79 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games… Ran a career-best time of 10:05.80 in the 3,000 meters to finish 38th at the Washington Invitational… Placed second in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:29.98 at the BYU Invitational… Finished fourth in the mile with a time of 5:05.24 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a time of 5:05.24… Ran a leg in the DMR at the Washington Invitational, placing 10th with a time of 12:14.96... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Outdoor: Placed second in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 10:04.27 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Ran a career-best time of 17:23.01 in the 5,000 meters, placing 21st at the San Francisco-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic… Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:24.97 at the Fresno State Invitational... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

Cross Country (2020): Placed 57th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 22:24.2… Was the second USU finisher in the Florida State Winter Classic Gold Race, placing 20th with a time of 22:18.7… Helped the Aggies to a team victory at the Dixie State Invitational, where she placed 40th with a time of 22:32.6… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Ran the 1,500 meters at two events, placing fifth with a time of 4:47.82 at the Weber State Twilight Meet and ninth with a personal-best time of 4:47.06 at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational… Finished 13th in the mile with a career-best time of 5:05.58 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Placed ninth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:57.52 at the Utah Valley Collegiate Invitational… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

Cross Country (2019): Placed 104th with a time of 22:36.5 at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Was the fifth Aggie to cross the finish line at the Mountain West Championships, doing so in 21:25.8 to place 36th… Competed in three other meets with her best finish coming at the Montana State Cross Country Classic, where she placed 10th with a time of 17:51.50… Finished 24th with a time of 22:09.3 in the “B” Race at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational… Placed 149th with a time of 21:44.5 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run... Earned academic all-MW honors.
Indoor: Placed 15th in the prelims of the mile with a time of 5:08.12 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Ran season-best time of 5:08.05 in the mile at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Placed second in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 10:11.28 at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational… Also competed in the DMR at the Washington Invitational, where she placed seventh with a career-best time of 11:56.28... Earned academic all-MW honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A seven-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Waunakee (Wis.) High School… Helped lead the Warriors to Badger Conference cross country championships from 2015-18 and track & field championships in 2018 and 2019… Earned all-state honors in cross country as a sophomore and senior… Was a four-time Badger Conference cross country individual champion… Captured Badger Conference individual titles in the 1,600 meters in both 2018 and 2019, and the 3,200 meters in 2016, 2018 and 2019… Three-time Waunakee HS cross country MVP… Recorded career-best times of 2:16.47 in the 800 meters, 5:05.81 in the 1,600 meters, 11:13.39 in the 3,200 meters, 16:36.6 in the 3-mile and 17:45.0 in the 5,000 meters… Garnered academic all-state accolades in cross country from 2016-18… Earned WIAA Scholar-Athlete honors and was a member of both the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society… Graduated fourth in her class of 322… Earned the USU Non-Resident Presidential Scholarship and USU Involvement Scholarship.
