Cross Country (2020): Competed at just two meets during the shortened season… Placed 31st with a time of 25:20.4 at the Dixie State Invitational, helping the Aggies to the team title… Was the second Aggie across the finish line in the Florida State Winter Classic Gold Race, placing 32nd with a time of 26:08.3… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

Outdoor: Won the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational 5,000 meters with a time of 14:46.06… Placed second in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 14:16.94 at the Drake Relays… Finished second in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:16.39 at the Montana-hosted Al Manuel Northwest Invitational… Finished sixth in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 3:59.92… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

Cross Country (2019): Placed 132nd with a time of 32:28.1 at the NCAA National Championships, where the Aggies finished 16th as a team… Placed 23rd with a time of 23:53.9 at the Mountain West Championships as Utah State won its first-ever conference title… Finished seventh (22:19.49) and eighth (25:28.2), respectively, at the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational and Montana State Cross Country Classic… Placed 72nd with a time of 24:23.3 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run… Finished 17th with a time of 25:17.0 in the “B” Race at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational.

Cross Country (2018): Ran in four races for the Aggies during the season with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed eighth with a time of 22:08.96… Finished 25th with a time of 25:38.8 in the unseeded race at Pre-Nationals… Crossed the finish line in 30th place with a time of 21:59.8 at the BYU-hosted Autumn Classic… Also placed 57th with a time of 25:20 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run.
Indoor: Ran career-best time of 4:14.73 in the mile at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge, where he placed third in the event… Placed second in the same event with a time of 4:23.64 at the Montana State Dual Meet… Recorded season-best time of 8:34.80 in the 3,000 meters at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational… Placed second in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:38.83 at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Invitational.
