Cross Country (2024): Finished 20th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 19:28.97… Took 62nd at the BYU Autumn Classic with a three-mile time of 16:57.92… Placed 29th at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational with a 5K time of 19:59.08… Finished 43rd at the Utah Open with a 5K time of 20:08.71.
Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:34.59 as she finished 15th at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.

Cross Country (2023): Began her collegiate career by placing 12th at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational with a 5K time of 18:56… Finished fifth with a 6K time of 23:20.40 at the Nevada-hosted 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview to help USU capture the team title… Took 11th with a 5K time of 19:02.56 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial… Finished season at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational in 75th place with a 6K time of 22:59.3… Earned Mountain West Women’s Cross Country Freshman of the Week honors on October 10.
Indoor: Set a season best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:52.35 as she placed 22nd at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:30.19 as she placed ninth at the Utah Tech Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: A seven-time letterwinner – four times in cross country and three times in track & field – at Sprague High School in Salem, Oregon… Earned first-team all-conference honors in cross country all four years and was named the 2022 Salem Sports and Breakfast Club (SSABC) Senior Athlete of the Year in cross country after placing 10th overall with a time of 18:33.6 at the 6A Girls OSAA Cross Country Championships… Qualified for the state cross country championships during her freshman and junior seasons… Placed first with a time of 18:50.9 at the 2020 Salem-Keizer District Championships during her sophomore year… Finished 20th at the NXR Northwest Regional Cross Country Meet in 2021 and earned NXR third-team all-region honors… Garnered first-team all-league accolades in both the 1,500 and 3,000 meters during her senior season of track & field in 2023… Owns the Sprague HS cross country record in the 2-mile run (11:37.0) and ranks third all-time in the 5K (17:53.4)… Holds the Olympians’ second-fastest time in the steeplechase (7:31.56), the fourth-fastest time in the 3,000 meters (personal-best 10:17.23) and fifth-fastest time in the 1,500 meters (personal-best 4:46.79)… Ran career-best time of 2:24.77 in the 800 meters during her senior season… Named the SSABC Athlete of the Week on three separate occasions… Was the valedictorian after graduating first in her class of 341… Member of the National Honor Society and winner of the Kelsy Oldham Scholarship… A commended student in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Bret and Christina Abbott… Has two older sisters… Her middle sister, Elise, competed in track & field and cross country at Idaho from 2019-23… Michael Hanshaw, her brother-in-law, played basketball for Idaho from 2019-23… Majoring in biological engineering.
