Cross Country (2018): Placed 65th with a time of 23:32.6 at the Mountain West Championships… Was the top Aggie placer in three of the five races she competed in… Placed second twice, once at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational (18:27.10) and again at the USU-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational (18:12.25)… Finished 37th with a time of 22:19.7 in the unseeded race at Pre-Nationals… Placed 102nd with a time of 22:15 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run... Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing third in the DMR with a personal-best time of 11:31.69, which ranks first all-time in school history, at the Indoor Championships… Also placed 19th in the prelims of the 800 meters with a time of 2:21.43 at the Indoor Championships… Ran career-best times of 4:57.94 in the mile at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor, where she finished third, and 10:38.35 in the 3,000 meters to place fifth at the Montana State Dual Meet.
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 4:33.30 at the Mountain Wests Outdoor Championships… Ran career-best time of 2:13.44 in the 800 meters at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational, where she placed fifth in the event… Best finish of the season came at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational, where she captured second place in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:36.52… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

Cross Country (2017): Competed in three races during the year, with her best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, placing 19th with a time of 19:46.77… Finished 37th at both the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational and the BYU Autumn Classic with times of 20:17.031 and 18:20.2, respectively… Garnered academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed eighth in the DMR (11:57.70) and 18th in the prelims of the mile (5:10.15) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set personal-best time of 3:05.59 in the 1,000 meters at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 13th in the prelims of the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:47.38 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded season-best time of 4:35.60 to capture first place in the same event at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational, where she also ran a personal-best time of 3:58.09 in the 4x400-meter relay for a fourth-place finish… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

Cross Country (2016): Placed 73rd with a time of 23:12.50 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in five meets during the season with her best finish coming at the Montana State Invitational, where she placed 14th with a time of 17:15.40... Indoor: Placed sixth in the DMR with a time of 11:53.65, which ranks sixth all-time in school history, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished ninth in the 800-meter prelims with a personal-best time of 2:12.37, which ranks sixth all-time in school history, at the Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Competed at three meets during the season with her best finish coming at the Utah Valley Invitational, where she placed third in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.87… Earned academic all-Mountain West, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.
2016 (FR)
Cross Country (2015): Finished 60th with a time of 26:01.32 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in five meets during the season and recorded three top-15 finishes, including placing seventh at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational with a time of 18:26.35… Also placed a team-best 14th with a time of 18:35 at the Utah State Invitational and 15th with a time of 17:56.75 at the Montana State Invitational... Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.
Indoor: Set the then-school record and placed seventh in the 4,000-meter DMR with a time of 11:49.14, which now ranks third all-time in Utah State history, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Also placed 15th in the mile with a time of 5:12.83 at the Indoor Championships… Placed first in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.78 at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational and set a personal-best time of 5:00.30 in the mile at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational, placing ninth.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Durango (Colo.) High School… Recorded a personal-best time of 18:47 in a 5K race as a senior… Recorded a track & field best of 2:22 in the 800 meters… Cross country region champion in 2012… Placed third individually at the Colorado state championships… Named cross country team captain and led Durango HS to runner-up finishes at the regional championships from 2011-2014.
