Cross Country (2025): Placed 23rd at the Utah-hosted Beehive Invitational with a 5K time of 19:14.26… Finished 28th in the open race at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with a 6K time of 22:00.3… Took 17th at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational with a 5K time of 19:29.7, helping the Aggies win the team title… Placed 69th with a 6K time of 22:11.1 at the Mountain West Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Central Kitsap High School in Silverdale, Washington… Finished third in the 3,200 meters, fourth in the 1,600 meters and eighth in the 800 meters as a senior at the 2025 WIAA 3A State Championship, setting personal bests of 2:14.65, 4:57.93 and 10:49.46, respectively… Took eighth in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2024 state championships, helping the Cougars to a second-straight state championship… Finished 27th at the NXR Northwest Regional Cross Country Meet in 2024… Member of the National Honor Society… Graduated with a 3.86 GPA.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Erin and Megan Palmer… Has three siblings… Majoring in kinesiology.
