Cross Country (2023): Placed 10th with a 7K time of 21:52 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Was the top Aggie finisher, taking second, at the Nevada-hosted 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview with a 10K time of 32:41.60, helping Utah State win the team title… Took 241st at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational with an 8K time of 25:28.6… Won the Utah Open with a 6K time of 20:29.7, boosting Utah State to the team title… Finished 58th at the Mountain West Championships with an 8K time of 25:26.5.
Indoor: Placed 10th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.14 during preliminaries at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Won the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.98 at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Finished 11th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:50.46, after setting a season best in the preliminaries with a time of 3:49.13, at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.93 as he took eighth at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Finished second in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal-best time of 3:26.12 at the Utah Tech Invitational.

Cross Country (2022): Opened the season with a ninth-place finish at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he ran a 7K time of 21:50 to help the Aggies capture the team title… Placed 192nd with an 8K time of 24:38.2 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run to help Utah State place third out of 46 teams… Helped Utah State capture the team title at the Utah Open, placing 11th with a 6K time of 20:20.2… Placed 118th with an 8K time of 25:55.7 in the B Race at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational.
Indoor: Finished fifth in the 800 meters with a career-best time of 1:52.02, after advancing from preliminaries in second with a time of 1:53.73, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set a personal best in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:51.42, which ranks seventh in school history, at the Washington Invitational… Won the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.58 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:05.08 at the Washington-hosted Husky Classic.

Indoor: Won the DMR and placed second in the mile at the BYU Invitational with season-best times in each event of 10:22.58 and 4:11.15, respectively… Placed 38th in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 8:15.98, which ranks 10th all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track & field and cross country at Spanish Fork HS… Helped the Dons to a region championship in cross country his junior year and a runner-up finish in track and field his senior season… Recorded personal-best times of 4:13.83 in the 1,600 meters, 9:18.86 in the 3,200 meters, 15:02.1 in the three-mile and 15:34.1 in the 5,000 meters… Holds the school record for the 1,600, 3,200 and in cross country… Three-time state runner-up and seven time first-team all-state.
PERSONAL: Son of Zane and Brianna Evans… Has five brothers and sisters… Served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Antigua, Guatemala, and Eugene, Oregon… Majoring in kinesiology with a minor in finance.
