HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Coronado High School in San Diego, Calif... Ranked 196th in the class of 2025 according to Junior Golf Scoreboard... Recorded a -2.17 average scoring differential during his junior season… Contributed to two team championships in 2024: the CIF Division III and the Saints Invitational at SDCC…  Named Coronado High School varsity golf captain in 2025 and co-captain in 2024… Selected to the 2024 Western League Team… Recipient of the 2023 Peter A. Fitzgerald Varsity Golf Award and 2022 Most Promising Freshman Award.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Carlos and Patricia Vargas… Has two siblings, Valentina and Carlos… Majoring in business administration and management with a minor in finance.
