2023-24 SEASON (JR): Appeared in nine tournaments, playing 26 rounds… Had a stroke average of 72.35, which ranks eighth all-time in program history… Had a stroke average of 72.78 in the first round, 72.22 in the second round and 72.00 in the third round… Led the team stroke average (72.35, minimum 20 rounds), rounds in 60s (7), top-10 finishes (3), top-20 finishes (4) and rounds at par or better (13)... His seven rounds in the 60s are tied for the third-most in a single-season in school history, while his 11 rounds under par are also tied for fourth… Finished tied for 13th, just the third Aggie ever to finish in the top 15, after playing in all three rounds of the Mountain West Championships, shooting a 71, 66 and 79, respectively, at Emerald Valley Golf Club in Creswell, Oregon… Opened the season by shooting a career-low 65 in the third round on his way to tying for ninth-place with a 1-under 215 (76-74-65) in the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational at the Eisenhower Golf Club, Blue Course in Colorado Springs, Colorado… Shot a career-best 54-hole score of 14-under 202 (65-66-71) with 16 birdies as he finished second, helping Utah State to its 22nd team title in program history in the inaugural Monterrey Collegiate Classic at Club Campestre Monterrey in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico… Tied for fourth with a 36-hole score of 5-under 139 (70-69), helping Utah State to its 23rd team title in program history in the weather-shortened Northern Colorado Spring Invitational at Raindance National Golf Course in Windsor, Colorado… Recorded four top-20 finishes and had 11 rounds under par... Helped USU receive the All-Academic Team Award from the Golf Coaches Association of American.
2022-23 SEASON (SO): Appeared in five tournaments, playing 13 rounds… Had a career-best stroke average of 73.23, including averaging 74.20 in the first round, 72.75 in the second round and 72.50 in the third round… Ranked sixth on the team in pars (148), sixth in birdies (41) and tied for fourth in eagles (1)… Played in the first and third rounds of the Mountain West Championships, shooting a 78 and 72, respectively, on the Catalina Course at the OMNI Tucson National Resort in Tucson, Arizona… Opened the season by placing seventh for the best finish of his season at the Southern Utah-hosted Pizza Hut-Pat Hicks Thunderbird Invitational… Shot a season-best 54-hole score of 4-under 212 (70-70-72), while playing as an individual on the par-72, 6,781-yard Sunbrook Golf Course in St. George, Utah… Fired a season-low 2-under 70 in the first round of the Thunderbird Invitational, then matched that score in the second round… Made a season-high-tying 11 birdies at the Thunderbird Invitational… Also had a season-best-tying 2-under 70 in the third round of the UC San Diego Invitational on the North Course of Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California… Matched his season best with 11 birdies at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, which was held at Whirlwind Golf Club at Wildhorse Pass in Chandler, Arizona… Tied for first in a field of 66 with one eagle at the UC Santa Barbara Collegiate Invitational at the Sandpiper Golf Club in Santa Barbara, California… Recorded a pair of top-20 finishes and had three rounds under par.
2021-22 SEASON (FR): Appeared in three tournaments, playing nine rounds… Had a stroke average of 76.89, including averaging 74.67 in his first round, 79.00 in the second round and 77.00 in the third round… Ranked seventh on the team in pars (92) and eighth in birdies (17), including a career-high 11 at the Southern Utah-hosted Pizza Hut-Pat Hicks Thunderbird Invitational… Made his collegiate debut at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational at the Eisenhower Golf Club (Blue Course) in USAFA, Colorado, finishing 92nd at 17-over 233… Best tournament of the season came at the Thunderbird Invitational at Sunbrook Golf Club in St. George, Utah, where he tied for 38th with a season-low 54-hole score of 4-over 220 (71-77-72)… Had one round under par, a career-best 1-under 71 in the first round of the Thunderbird Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Colegio Las Hayas in Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico, graduating with a 3.3 GPA… Was ranked third in the nation in his division in 2019, while winning the regional tournament… Placed second at the regional tournament in 2020.
PERSONAL: Son of Julio Arronte and Mariana Sánchez… Has one sister… Graduated from Utah State in the spring of 2025 with his bachelor's degree in finance.
