HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time letterwinner in track & field and three-time letterwinner in cross country at Westlake High School in Saratoga Springs, Utah… A seven-time team MVP for the Thunder, five-time individual state champion, 6A state record-holder in the 3,200 meters, four-time region champion and six-time school record holder… Helped lead Westlake HS to a third-place finish at the state track & field championships during her senior season… The Thunder also finished third at the state cross country championships that same year… Ran career-best times of 10:45.01 in the 3,200 meters, 4:58.53 in the 1,600 meters, 2:13.83 in the 800 meters, 1:00.74 in the 400 meters, 17:45.5 in the three-mile and 18:15.9 in the 5,000 meters… Also played soccer and basketball for the Thunder, earning all-region honorable mention honors in basketball after averaging 17 points per game… Garnered academic all-state honors in track & field and cross country… Westlake HS won the 6A academic state championship in track & field and cross country during the 2018-19 school year… Member of the High Honor Roll all four years of high school, was an AP Scholar and earned a Dean’s Scholarship.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Will and Paula Jensen… The oldest of 14 siblings… Her sister, Shelby, is a freshman distance runner on Utah State's track & field/cross country teams... Cousin, Austin Banz, played golf at BYU… Graduated from USU in the spring of 2023 with a bachelor's degree in data analytics and is currently her master of data analytics (MDATA).
