Cross Country (2022): Took part in five meets with her best finish coming at the Utah Open, where she placed fifth with a 5K time of 19:04.1 to help Utah State capture the team title… Competed at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships, but did not finish the 6K race… Helped lead the Aggies to a first-place finish in the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, placing eighth with a 5K time of 18:33… Finished 212th with a 6K time of 21:34.1 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run as Utah State placed fourth out of 46 teams… Finished 61st with a 6K time of 22:10.6 in the B Race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
Indoor: Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a season-best time of 10:36.44… Finished sixth in the 5,000 meters at the Idaho State-hsoted Stacy Dragila Invitational with a season-best time of 18:30.94.
Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at the Long Beach State Invitational with a season-best time of 18:11.54… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2022 (JR)
Cross Country (2021): Placed 228th with a time of 21:42.1 at the NCAA Championships, helping Utah State to a 28th-place finish… Finished 54th with a time of 21:45.4 as the Aggies placed seventh at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 29th with a time of 20:45.7 at the Mountain West Championships, helping Utah State to a second-place finish as a team… Fin­ished ninth with a time of 16:53.6 to help the Aggies to the team title at the Montana State Invitational… Placed 65th at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with a time of 21:19.8... Was named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed 24th in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 10:02.27 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Captured second place in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 17:25.92 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games… Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:35.32 at the Washington Invitational… Ran a personal-best time of 5:11.54 in the mile to place sixth at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 17:26.95 in the 5,000 meters as she placed sixth at the Fresno State Invitational… Placed second in the 10,000 meters with a time of 35:46.33 at the San Francisco-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic... Was named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (SO)
Cross Country (2020): Placed 34th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 21:22.5… Was the top Aggie finisher in the Florida State Winter Classic Gold Race, posting a time of 22:00.6 to finish 14th… Also competed at the Dixie State Invitational, where she helped the Aggies earn the team title with a time of 21:47.2, placing 20th… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Finished 11th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 36:07.57 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Ran career-best time of 35:43.77, which ranks seventh all-time in school history, in the 10,000 meters at the Drake Relays, placing 12th in the event… Finished second in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 17:52.04 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Garnered academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020 (FR)
Indoor: Competed at three meets during the season with her best finish coming at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational, where she placed fourth in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 18:06.60… Ran season-best time of 10:27.33 in the 3,000 meters at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Lehi (Utah) High School… Helped the Pioneers to a 4A cross country title in 2016… Was the Region 10 3,200-meter champion as a senior, and placed eight in the 3,200 meters at the 2018 Utah 4A Championship… Had career-best times of 5:23 in the mile run and 11:36 in the 3,200-meters… Graduated in the top 20 of her class with a GPA of 3.95… Earned high honor roll and Regents Scholar honors.

PERSONAL: Daughter of David and Brittany Gray… Has two younger sisters… Majoring in dietetics.
