Cross Country (2016): Competed in three meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, where he placed 18th with a time of 29:28.65... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the season, recording personal-best times of 8:58.13 in the 3,000m at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational and 15:38.66 in the 5,000m at the Boise State Challenge.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the season.

2016 (FR)
Cross Country (2015): Competed in two meets, placing 25th with a time of 27:07.84 at the Montana State Invitational and 31st with a time of 21:28.00 at the Utah State Invitational.
Indoor: Participated in three meets, recording times of 9:10.73 in the 3,000m at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational and 15:58.49 in the 5,000m at the Boise State Team Challenge.
Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000m at three separate meets, recording a personal-best time of 15:49.00 at the Boise State-hosted Border Clash… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A five-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Skyline High School in Idaho Falls, Idaho... Recorded a personal-best 5K time of 16:55... Recorded track & field bests of 4:43 in the 1,600m and 10:02 in the 3,200m.

PERSONAL: One of two children of Tom and Gwen Borschel... Majoring in civil engineering.
