Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Competed in the high jump at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships, but did not record a height… Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing second in the high jump with a personal-best mark of 1.80 meters (5-10.75), which is tied for second all-time in school history, at the Outdoor Championships… Competed in the high jump at eight separate meets and placed in the top five at six of them… Captured her lone high jump title at the Stanford Invitational, clearing the bar at 1.72 meters (5-7.75)… Garnered academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades, and earned the USU Joe E. Whitesides Scholar-Athlete Award.

2020 (SO)
Indoor: Placed fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.75 meters (5-8.75) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Captured first place in the high jump with a mark of 1.75 meters at the North Dakota State-hosted Bison Team Cup… Recorded career-best leap of 1.76 meters (5-9.25), which ranks fifth all-time in school history, at the BYU Indoor Invitational, where she placed second... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic and academic all-MW honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (RS-FR)
Indoor: Placed fifth in the high jump with a season-best-tying mark of 1.71 meters (5-7.25) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Competed in the high jump at four meets… Best finish came at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor, where she placed first in the high jump with a season-best mark of 1.71 meters.
Outdoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing third in the high jump with a season-best-tying mark of 1.71 meters (5-7.25) at the Outdoor Championships… Tied for fourth in the high jump with a season-best height of 1.71 meters at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational… Captured first place in the high jump with a mark of 1.70 meters (5-7) at the UC Irvine-hosted Collegiate Classic… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Redshirted at Arizona.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time letterwinner as a high jumper at Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah… Was a two-time state champion in the high jump as a junior and senior… Recorded a personal-best leap of 1.75 meters (5-9) as a senior… Recorded a personal-best leap of 1.72 meters (5-8) as a junior… Recorded a personal-best leap of 1.67 meters (5-6) as a sophomore… Was a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Russell and Lana Muir… Has one brother and one sister… Married to Gordon Garrett… Served an 18-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Lubbock, Texas… Earned her bachelor's degree from Utah State in family and life studies with an emphasis on human development in the spring of 2020, and is currently in the MBA program.
