Indoor: Placed 12th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.92 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished first in the DMR with a career-best time of 9:52.76, which ranks sixth all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational, where he also finished seventh in the 400 meters with a career-best time of 51.17… Placed second in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 1:54.45 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Finished sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 3:26.40 at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial, where he also placed second in the 600 meters with a career-best time of 1:21.79… Opened the season by placing fourth in the 800 meters (1:57.51) and third in the 4x400-meter relay (3:29.34) at the BYU Invitational… Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.24 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games.
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a career-best time of 1:56.71 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational, where he also finished second in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:26.88… Placed eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal-best time of 3:25.19 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Also finished 19th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:03.31 Robison Invitational… Placed 15th in the prelims of the 400 meters with a career-best time of 52.50 at the Utah Valley Invitational, where he also finished sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:26.95... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (FR)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the season… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track & field at Orem (Utah) High School… Was the 2018 Utah state 4A champion in the 800 meters, posting a time of 1:54.48… Was a part of the Tigers’ 4x400-meter relay state championship team as a senior, as well… Had career-best times of 48:98 in the 400 meters and 1:53.23 in the 800 meters... Graduated from Orem HS with a 3.97 GPA and earned a Regents Scholarship.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Tom and Robyn Williams… Has three sisters… Served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Philippines from 2018-20… Majoring in mechanical engineering.
