2019 (SR)
Indoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing second in the shot put with a season-best heave of 16.41 meters (53-10.25) at the Indoor Championships… Placed in the top seven in the shot put in all five meets she competed in… Captured first place in the shot put with a mark of 15.91 meters (52-2.50) at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 22nd in the shot put (15.70 meters/51-6.25) and 29th in the discus (49.45 meters/162-3) at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors in both the shot put and discus at the Outdoor Championships… Captured her second-straight shot put title at the Outdoor Championships with a mark of 16.55 meters (54-3.75), and placed third in the discus with a personal-best throw of 53.47 meters (175-5), which ranks second all-time in school history… Tabbed the MW Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week after capturing the shot put (16.12 meters/52-10.75) and discus (50.38 meters/165-3) titles at the UC Irvine-hosted Collegiate Classic… Competed in the shot put and discus at eight meets, recording 12 top-10 finishes, including placing first seven times.

2018 (JR)
Indoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after capturing the shot put title with a school-record heave of 16.70 meters (54-9.50) at the Indoor Championships… Tabbed the MW Indoor Field Athlete of the Week after setting the school’s then-indoor shot put record for the fourth time this season with a throw of 16.53 meters (54-2.75) to place fifth at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational last weekend… Competed in the shot put at six meets and finished in first place at five of them… Recorded career-best mark of 16.05 meters (52-8.00) in the weight throw at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor Invite, placing fourth in the event.
Outdoor: Garnered honorable mention All-American honors after placing 23rd in the shot put (13.72 meters/45-0.25) at the NCAA Outdoor Finals… Qualified for the Outdoor Finals by placing fifth in the event with a mark of 16.65 meters (54-7.5) at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors in both the shot put and discus at the Outdoor Championships… Captured the shot put title at the Outdoor Championships with a mark of 16.65 meters (54-7.5), and placed second in the discus with a season-best throw of 52.79 meters (173-2)… Set the school record in the shot put with a mark of 16.82 meters (55-2.25) at the UC Irvine-hosted Spring Collegiate Classic… Competed in the shot put and discus at eight meets, recording 10 top-five finishes, including placing first six times.

2017 (SO)
Indoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing second in the shot put with a season-best heave of 15.40 meters (50-6.25) at the Indoor Championships… Recorded season-best mark of 15.02 meters (49-3.50) in the weight throw at the Boise State-hosed Jacksons/New Balance Invitational… Notched nine top-10 finishes during the season, including placing first in the shot put at the first four meets she competed in.
Outdoor: Earned honorable mention All-American honors after placing 23rd in the shot put (14.60 meters/47-10.75) at the NCAA Outdoor Finals… Qualified for the Outdoor Finals by placing 12th in the shot put with a season-best mark of 15.96 meters (52-4.50) at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Garnered first-team all-Mountain West accolades after placing second in the shot put (15.57 meters/51-1) at the Outdoor Championships, where she also placed seventh in the discus (49.63 meters/162-10)… Recorded season-best mark of 49.88 meters (163-7) in the discus at the UC Irvine-hosted Spring Collegiate Classic, where she placed second in the event… Tallied personal-best mark of 44.75 meters (146-9.75) in the hammer throw at the Utah Valley Invitational… Recorded 15 top-10 finishes on the season, including placing first four times.

2016 (FR) 
Indoor: Placed sixth in the shot put with a mark of 14.17 meters (46-6) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Recorded a mark of 14.45 meters (47-5) in the shot put at the Montana State Invitational… Finished first in the shot put with a throw of 14.39 meters (47-2.50) at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/New Balance Invitational… Also competed in the weight throw at four meets, recording a season-best mark of 12.72 meters (41-8.75) at the New Mexico Team Challenge. 
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the shot put (14.57 meters/47-09.75) and 10th in the discus (46.99 meters/161-09) at the USA Track & Field Junior Outdoor Championships… Finished fifth in the discus with a season-best throw of 49.69 meters (163-00) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Also placed fifth in the shot put with a mark of 14.49 meters (47-06.50) at the Outdoor Championships… Captured the shot put title at the Boise State-hosted Border Clash with a season-best mark of 15.50 meters (50-10.25)… Earned USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 10-time letterwinner in rugby, basketball and track & field at Syracuse (Utah) High School… Was the state champion in the discus as a senior… Earned all-state honors three years in a row… Recorded track & field personal bests of 13.22 meters (43-4.75) in the shot put, 41.98 meters (137-9) in the discus and 11.76 meters (38-7) in the weight throw.

PERSONAL: One of four children of Susan Flint… Majoring in exercise science.
