Cross Country (2015): Competed in two meets, finishing 30th with a time of 21:17 at the Utah State Invitational and 34th with a time of 27:41.08 at the Montana State Invitational.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 800m with a time of 1:52.29 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Ran career bests in the mile with a time of 4:13.85 at the New Mexico Team Challenge and 10:22.14 in the distance medley relay at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational.
Outdoor: Finished 10th with a time of 1:53.50 in the prelims of the 800m at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships.

2015 (SO)
Cross Country (2014): Did not compete.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 800m with a personal-best time of 1:52.10 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships…
Outdoor: Finished 47th in the 800m with a time of 1:54.67 at the First Round of the NCAA Outdoor Championship… Finished first in the 4x400m relay at the Border Clash with a personal-best time of 3:11.87… Also set a personal best in the 1,500m with a time of 3:52.79 at the UC Irvine Invitational.

2014 (FR)
Cross Country (2013): Took part in four meets during the 2013 season... Placed 22nd at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 22:38.20.
Indoor: Finished fourth in the mile at the Bronco Invite.
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 800m at the Mark Faldmo Invitational... Finished 16th in the 1,500m at the UVU Collegiate.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Competed in all six meets as a freshman during the 2009 season at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn… Finished 38th with a time of 34:37 at the NCAA Division II South Regional Championships… Placed 37th with a time of 28:04.20 at the Gulf South Conference Championships… Helped lead Christian Brothers to a first-place finish at the Delta State Invitational as he took sixth with a time of 19:49.68… Had three top-20 finishes, including placing in the top 10 twice, during the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A nine-time letterwinner in cross country, track & field and wrestling at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School in Broadview Heights, Ohio... Named team MVP in cross country and track & field as a senior... Member of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 cross country conference championship teams.

PERSONAL: One of eight children of Russ and Cindy McAdams... Served an LDS Church Mission in Lubbock, Texas from 2011-2013... Brother, Josh, competes as an Olympic steeplechase athlete... Majoring in biology.
