Cross Country (2024): Took 13th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 7K time of 21:11.47… Placed 19th at the UC Riverside Invitational with an 8K of 23:53.5.
Indoor: Placed 25th in the 3,000 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with a time of 8:28.87… Won the 3,000 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games with a personal-best time of 8:20.26… Ran a season-best time of 14:17.47 in the 5,000 meters, placing 11th at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Took 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:02.40… Set a personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:56.20 as he placed second at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic.

Indoor: Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:14.89, which ranks 10th in school history, as he placed ninth at the Washington Invitational… Finished seventh in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 8:33.24 at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open.
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 1,500 meters with a personal-best time of 3:55.94 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:00.10 as he placed 14th at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational.
