Indoor: Placed 22nd in the 400 meters with a career-best time of 49.86 at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Finished fourth in the 600 meters with a personal-best time of 1:23.67 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Placed third in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 3:16.87 at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial, where he also finished sixth in the 400 meters with a time of 50.30… Placed 11th in the 200 meters with a career-best time of 23.11 at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational, where he also finished fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:24.21… Placed eighth in the 400 meters with a time of 50.53 at the BYU Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran a career-best time of 49.57 in the 400 meters to place seventh at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational, where he also finished first in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:21.02… Recorded a career-best time of 22.41 in the 200 meters to place 14th at the Utah Valley Invitational, where he also placed 10th in the 400 meters with a time of 50.45… Finished fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal-best time of 3:17.36 at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic… Placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:21.15), 16th in the 200 meters (22.56) and 13th in the 400 meters (50.15) at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Finished 13th in the 400 meters with a time of 50.49 at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (SO)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a season-best time of 3:18.89 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Finished second in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 49.85 at the Weber State Twilight Meet… Placed 21st in the prelims of the 200 meters with a season-best time of 23.38 at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020 (FR)
Indoor: Competed at three meets during the season… Best finish came at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational, where he placed 13th in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 51.45… Ran season-best time of 23.22 in the 200 meters at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time letterwinner at Chaparral High School in Parker, Colorado… Earned all-state honors in the 4x400-meter relay, and all-district honors in the 400 meters… Recorded a career-best time of 49.5 in the 400 meters… Also competed in football at Chaparral HS… Graduated high school with a 3.87 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society.
 
PERSONAL: One of four children of Matthew and Amber Lamb… Father was on the USU track & field team from 1996-99… Majoring in management.
