Cross Country (2021): Placed 48th with a time of 31:21.0 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships to help Utah State finish eighth out of 17 teams… Finished 24th with a time of 24:16.7 at the Mountain West Championships, where the Aggies finished third… Placed 99th with a time of 24:30.6 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational… Was the third Aggie to cross the finish line at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, placing 15th with a time of 23:48.6 to help Utah State finish fourth out of 40 teams… Placed first with a time of 18:14.1 to help the Aggies capture the team title at the Idaho State Invitational... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:21.78 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished 46th in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 13:49.16, which ranks second all-time in school history, at the Boston University-hosted David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Won the 5,000 meters title with a time of 14:09.80 at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 24th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 29:19.84 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:00.36 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Placed seventh in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 13:48.13, which ranks fourth all-time in program history, at the Stanford-hosted Payton Jordan Invitational… Placed 22nd in the 10,000 meters with a time of 28:54.55, which ranks third all-time in school history, at the Stanford Invitational... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors and was named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Competed in track & field and cross country at BYU… Helped the Cougars capture the 2019 national championship in cross country as he finished 154th with a time of 32:22.6… Earned West Coast Conference season-team honors in cross country after placing 12th with a time of 24:11.1 at the 2019 championships… Garnered all-region honors in 2019 after finishing 13th with a time of 30:50.0… Competed in four meets as a senior in 2020 with his best finish comping at the Silver State Collegiate Challenge, where he placed second with a time of 24:03.4… Earned honorable mention All-American honors after placing 23rd in the 10,000 meters (31:11.05) at the 2019 NCAA Outdoor Championships… Ran a season-best time of 29:02.15 in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships to advance to nationals… Scored for the Cougars at the 2020 MPSF Indoor Championships, placing seventh in the 5,000 meters… Clocked the 10th-best time in the 10,000 meters with a personal-best 28:41.30 at the 2021 Hayward Premiere… Recorded a personal-best time of 13:53.52 in the 5,000 meters at the Fresno State-hosted West Coast Relays, and a personal-best time of 4:16.05 in the mile at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors four times.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Mountain Vista High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado… Helped lead the Golden Eagles to a pair of cross country state titles in 2012 and 2013… Garnered all-state honors in both the 1,600 and 3,200 meters… Was the team captain for cross country and track & field… A two-time national champion in the Olympic distance triathlon… A three-time national champion triathlete… Earned all-academic honors all four years in high school and member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Adam and Alyson Weaver… Has two brothers and one sister… His grandpa, Fred Weaver, played football at the University of Utah, and uncle, Darren Stewart, was a member of BYU’s track & field team… Served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Santiago, Chile, from 2015-17… Married to Hannah Marie Weaver… Graduated from BYU with his bachelor’s degree in psychology and is now pursuing his master’s in business administration.
