Indoor: Ran personal-best times of 8.19 in the 60-meter dash at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/Nike Boise Indoor and 27.55 in the 200 meters at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge… Best finish of the season came at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Invitational, where she placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 4:11.92.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, recording personal-best times of 12.85 in the 100 meters at the Utah Valley Invitational, 26.88 in the 200 meters at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational and 1:03.25 in the 400 meters at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational… Best finish of the season came at the Weber State-hosted Twilight Meet, where she placed second in the 200 meters with a time of 27.22… Earned academic all-Mountain West and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on the track & field, soccer and basketball teams at Delta (Utah) High School… Competed in the 100- and 200-meter events… Finished fourth in the 100 meters (12.96) and third in the 200 meters (26.35) at the 3A state championships… Member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL:  One of seven children of Wade and Shauna Nielson… Undeclared on a college major.
