Indoor: Posted a season-best 21.13 in the 200 meters at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational, placing eighth in the field… Helped USU’s 4x400-meter relay team to first place at the USU-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Invitational with a Nelson Fieldhouse-record time of 3:21.83 while also posting a season-best, fifth-place time of 6.79 in the 60-meter finals… Won relay titles with USU’s 4x400-meter squad at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open and the Weber State Indoor Invitational, respectively finishing in a season-best 3:19.74 and a time of 3:25.38.
Outdoor: Finished 20th in the 4x100-meter relay quarterfinals at the NCAA West First Rounds with a time of 39.87, which ranks sixth all-time at USU… Took seventh in the 400 meters and sixth in the 4x400-meter relay at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, finishing in 47.27 and a personal-best 3:15.11, respectively… Set a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 46.84 as he topped the prelim field at the conference championships… Set season bests in the 200 meters and 4x100-meter relay at the BYU Robison Invitational, respectively placing seventh with his individual, season-best time of 21.92 and winning the relay with a season-best 39.56, ranking fifth all-time at USU.

Indoor: All-Mountain West Indoor in the 200 Meters… Placed second in the 200 meters and fourth in the 60 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the MW Indoor Championships, clocking in with a personal-best 20.93 (third all-time at USU), 6.75 and a personal-best 3:15.72, respectively… Set a personal best in the 60 meters (6.73), crossing the line with the third best time in program history as he finished second in the prelims at the conference championships, qualifying for the finals… Earned MW Men’s Freshman of the Week honors on February 18… Ran a personal-best time of 49.38 in the 400 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open, placing second… Set a personal best in the 55 meters with a time of 6.36, finishing second at the Weber State Invitational… Finished fourth in the 300 meters in a personal-best 33.78 at the BYU December Invitational.
Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 4x100-meter relay quarterfinals at the NCAA West First Rounds with a personal-best time of 39.54, which ranks fourth all-time at USU… Took sixth in the 200 meters, seventh in the 4x400-meter relay and 10th in the prelims of the 100 meters at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, finishing in 20.99, a personal-best 3:17.91 and 10.59, respectively… Placed first and second in the 200 meters (20.90) and 100 meters (10.55), respectively, at the BYU-hosted Robinson Invitational, running the second fastest 200m in program history… Part of USU’s winning 4x100-meter relay team at the UNLV Rebel Elite, finishing in 39.65.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track & field and football at Millennium High School in Goodyear, Arizona… Won the state title in the 200 meters… Played wide receiver, defensive back and returned both kickoffs and punts for the Tigers in football, earning All-State and All-Region honors on both offense and defense.

PERSONAL: Son of James and Crystal… Has five siblings… Cousin, Christian Wood, played basketball at UNLV and spent eight seasons in the NBA from 2015- 24… Majoring in communication studies.
