Also took first in the mile (3:59.13) at the Montana State Invitational and first in the 3,000m (personal-best time of 8:24.60) at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational... Finished 19th in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:00.79) at the First Round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships... Earned first-team all-MW honors after placing second in the 3,000m steeplechase with a personal-best time of 8:55.20 at the Outdoor Championships... Also placed eighth in the 1,500m (3:55.06) at the Outdoor Championships... Finished first or second at six different meets... Set personal-best times of 8:57.76 in the 3,000m at the Stanford Invitational, 14:30.09 in the 5,000m at the UC Irvine Invitational, 3:14.39 in the 4x400m at the UVU Invitational and 4:03.29 in the mile at the Brutus Hamilton Open... Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2014 (XC): Placed 97th at the NCAA Championships... Received all-region honors after finishing 20th with a time of 30:21.33 at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships... Finished 15th at the MW Championships... Earned academic all-MW and all-district honors, and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2014 (JR.): Received first-team all-MW honors after winning the mile at the Indoor Championships... Also placed sixth as a member of the distance medley relay team... Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the MW Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-MW honors.

2013 (XC): Placed 43rd at the NCAA Mountain Regionals... Named first-team all-MW after finishing sixth at the MW Championships... Took third at the Aggie Invitational... MW Scholar-Athlete.

2013 (SO.): Tabbed first-team all-WAC after winning the distance medley relay at the Indoor Championships... Named second-team all-WAC after placing fourth in the mile at the Indoor Championships... Finished 13th in the 3,000m at the WAC Indoor Championships... Garnered first-team all-WAC honors after placing second in the 3,000m steeplechase and third in the 1,500m races at the Outdoor Championships... Took 13th in the 5,000m at the WAC Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2012 (XC): Placed 44th at the NCAA Mountain Region Cross Country Championships... Named first-team all-WAC after finishing sixth at the Cross Country Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

2012 (FR.): Named second-team all-WAC after placing fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase and sixth in the 1,500m at the Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

2011 (XC): Took 39th at the WAC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 12-time letterwinner in cross country, track & field and soccer... Named to Southwestern League (SWL) all-conference soccer first-team as a senior... Member of three-time SWL champions in track & field... Won SWL championship for 1600m three times and 800m twice.
