Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Set a season best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:45.87 as he placed fourth at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic… Ran a season-best outdoor mile of 4:09.09 at the Utah Valley Collegiate Invitational, finishing third… Named to the Academic-All Mountain West team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Eight-time letterwinner in cross country, track and field, and wrestling at Farmington (Utah) High School… Won 6A state titles in the 1600 meters, 800 meters, and 4x800-meter relay as a senior in 2022… Helped the Phoenix to two 5A state cross country titles in 2019-20 and a 6A state cross country title in 2021… Recorded career-best times of 15:05 in the 5-kilometer run, 9:03.06 in the 3,200 meters, 4:08.45 in the 1,600 meters, and 1:53.27 in the 800 meters… Graduated with a 3.86 GPA.
