Indoor: Finished first in the 5,000 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games with a personal-best time of 14:43.51… Part of USU’s winning DMR team at the Weber State Invitational, finishing in a personal-best time of 10:14.26.
Outdoor: Placed 20th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase quarterfinals at the NCAA West First Rounds with a time of 8:51.69… Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 8:50.22… Set a personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:46.89 as he placed 11th at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational… Finished first in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a time of 8:53.67.

Cross Country (2021): Qualified for both the Pan American Cross Country Championships and NACAC (North America, Central America and Caribbean) Cross Country Championships by placing fourth with a time of 26:44 in the Under 20 8K race at the USATF Cross Country Championships… Led Utah State to the team title at the Utah Open, where he placed first with a time of 18:44.6… Finished fourth with a time of 22:00.8 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational… Placed fifth with a time of 18:42.4 to help the Aggies win the Idaho State Invitational… Named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week after placing 14th with a time of 25:12.00 at the Montana State Invitational, helping Utah State capture the team crown… Made his collegiate debut at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed ninth with a time of 22:25.
Indoor: Won the mile with a career-best time of 4:15.15 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Placed first in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 8:28.96 at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational… Finished 19th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:05.56 at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Oakton (Virginia) High School, where he was a 12-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field… Helped lead the Cougars to the state cross country title in 2020 and the track & field team to district titles in 2019 and 2021… Earned All-American honors in the 4xMile as a senior in 2021… Was the cross country district champion in 2019, indoor 3,200-meter district and region champion in 2020, and cross country region champion in 2020… Ran personal-best times of 9:11 in the 3,200 meters and 15:18 in the 5K… Was a 4.0 Scholar-Athlete and National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL: Son of Scott and Andrea Woodhouse… Has two brothers and one sister… Brother, Bradford Woodhouse, competed for USU track & field and cross country in 2023-24… Cousin, Ana Weaver, is a member of USU’s track & field and cross country teams… Served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Asunción, Paraguay from 2022-2024… Majoring in computer science with a minor in chemistry… Pursuing a career in medical AI.
