Cross Country (2017): Redshirted during the season.
Indoor: Placed second in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:40.43 at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational… Also placed second in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:24.80 at the BSU-hosted Bronco Challenge.
Outdoor: Competed at five meets with her best finish coming at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational, where she placed sixth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:49.46… Earned academic all-Mountain West, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2017 (JR)
Cross Country (2016): Finished 87th with a time of 22:20.80 at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Placed 49th with a time of 22:10.10 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in four meets during the season with her best finish coming in the Pre-Nationals open race, where she placed 14th with a time of 22:27.7… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed 23rd in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:45.92 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished first in the 5,000 meters with a personal-best time of 17:44.00 at the Boise State Challenge.
Outdoor: Placed 14th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 37:58.11 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded career-best time of 10:21.40 in the 3,000 meters at the UCLA-hosted Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational… Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors. 

2016 (SO) 
Cross Country (2015): Finished 97th with a time of 23:29.08 at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships… Placed 45th with a time of 25:15.76 at the Mountain West Championships… Competed in six meets during the season and recorded a pair of top-20 finishes, including placing third at the Utah State-host Aggie Invitational with a time of 18:09.00… Also placed 20th with a time of 18:04.10 at the Montana State Invitational… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades. 
Indoor: Placed 14th in the 5,000 meters (18:36.57) and 25th in the 3,000 meters (10:42.39) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set career bests in the mile (5:12.26) and 3,000 meters (10:38.88) at the New Mexico Team Challenge and Montana State Invitational, respectively.
Outdoor: Redshirted, but earned MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

2015 (FR) 
Cross Country (2014): Placed 68th at the Mountain West Cross Country Championships... Finished 22nd at the Aggie Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors.
Indoor: Redshirted during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 5,000 meters (17:39.96) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Had three top-10 finishes during the season, including placing 10th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 35:54.47, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays... Earned academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A nine-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field...Recorded career-bests of 5:07 in the 1,600m, 11:01 in the 3,200m and 18:07 in the 5,000m... Also competed for Sojourners Club Team in 2011... Helped lead club team to a first-place finish at the USATF Junior Nationals... Also competed for the swim team, earning one letter

PERSONAL: One of three children of Matt and Jill Heaps... Married to men's distance runner Adam Hendrickson... Majoring in nutrition, dietetics and food sciences.
