Cross Country (2024): Finished 11th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:24.39… Took 34th at the BYU Autumn Classic with a three-mile time of 16:21.56… Placed 10th at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational with a 5K time of 19:10.94… Finished 18th at the Utah Open with a 5K time of 19:33.03… Following her freshman season, placed fourth at the USATF U20 Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 22.36.
Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:14.88 as she placed 64th at the Washington Invitational… Ran a personal-best mile of 5:06.55 at the Nevada Invitational, placing second.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the outdoor mile with a time of 5:12.34 as she placed 20th at the Utah Valley Collegiate Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in track & field at Matthew C. Perry High School, a high school that serves U.S. military dependents, in Iwakuni, Japan… Two-time Far East champion in cross country helping the Samurais claim Far East Championships in 2022 and 2023… Six-time Far East champion in track & field, winning the 800 meters, 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters two times a piece… Earned All-Far East Team honors eight times… Graduated third in her class of 51… Member of the National Honor Society, serving as the club’s vice president in her senior year.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Scott and Jana Williams… Has three sisters and one brother… Majoring in political science.
