HONORS: First-Team All-Mountain West Outdoor: 4x100m (2017).

2018 (SO)
Indoor: Placed 11th in the prelims of the 60 meters with a time of 7.08 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set career-best time of 6.94 in the 60 meters at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational, where he placed third in the event… Recorded personal-best time of 22.34 in the 200 meters at the Jackson Nike Boise Indoor Invitational… Captured second place in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:21.87 at the Montana State Dual Meet.
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 41.62 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Finished 13th in the prelims of the 100 meters with a time of 10.92 at the Outdoor Championships… Matched his personal best of 41.16 in the 4x100-meter relay at the Utah/Weber State-hosted Spring Classic, placing first… Also captured the gold medal in the 4x100-meter relay at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational with a time of 41.41… Recorded personal-best time of 3:17.86 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Faldmo Invitational, where he placed second.

2017 (FR)
Indoor: Competed in one meet, placing fourth in the 60 meters with a season-best time of 7.01 at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational.
Outdoor: Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing third in the 4x100-meter relay (41.18) at the Outdoor Championships… Also finished sixth in the 100 meters with a time of 10.69 and 21st in the prelims of the 200 meters with a personal-best time of 21.42 at the Outdoor Championships… Recorded career-best time of 41.16 in the 4x100-meter relay at the BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational, where he placed fourth in the event.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time letterwinner in track & field at Orem (Utah) High School… State champion in the 100m as a junior… Led Orem High School to back-to-back state championships in track & field in 2015 and 2016… Led his 4x100m relay team to a state record-time of 41.46 as a junior…  Recorded track & field bests of 10.84 in the 100m, 21.99 in the 200m and 41.46 in the 4x100m relay.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Nicole Tovar… Majoring in mechanical engineering.
