Cross Country (2021): Placed 16th with a time of 20:42.0 at the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Placed 27th with a time of 25:04.0 as the Aggies placed first as a team at the Idaho State Invitational... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a career-best time of 2:19.62 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games … Posted a career-best time of 4:03.36 in the 4x400-meter relay to finish fourth at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial, where also placed ninth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:20.37… Placed 10th in the DMR with a career-best time of 12:14.96 at the Washington Invitational … Opened the season by placing second in the DMR with a time of 12:41.45 at the BYU Invitational, where she also finished fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:22.77… Placed sixth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:25.67 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Set a personal-best time of 2:25.14 in the 800 meters to place fifth at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Opened the season by placing sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal-best time of 4:08.27 at the Utah Valley Invitational, where she also finished 29th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 5:09.61... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Spent two-and-a-half years at Boise State, but only competed for the Broncos during the 2018 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons… Ran a time of 2:18.16 in the prelims of the 800 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Crossed the finish line in 5:15.02 in the mile at the Boise State Challenge... Ran times of 2:16.10 in the 800 meters and 5:07.16 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track & field at Capital High School in Boise, Idaho… Was the 800-meter champion with a career-best time of 2:14.04 at the 2016 Idaho 5A Track & Field State Championships… A three-time top-10 finisher in the 800 meters at the state championships, including placing seventh in the 1,600 meters in 2015… Placed 19th at the 2014 5A Idaho Cross Country State Championships and 26th at the 2015 state championships.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Bryan and Sonia Taylor… Has five brothers and sisters… Two oldest sisters, Julia and Sydney, ran cross country at BYU-Hawaii... Brother-in-law, Josh Ward, was a member of Utah State's cross country and track & field teams... Served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Jose, California… Majoring in mechanical engineering.
