Indoor: Placed third in the 5,000 meters at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a career-best time of 18:44.10… Finished 21st in the 3,000 meters at the Stacy Dragila Invitational with a season-best time of 10:44.54.
Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Fresno State Invitational with a career-best time of 10:59.27… Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020 (FR)
Cross Country (2019): Competed in five meets with her best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational, where she placed third with a time of 18:45.03 to help the Aggies win the team title… Placed sixth with a time of 19:20.1 at the Utah Open as USU captured the team crown… Also helped Utah State to the team titles at the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where she placed 13th with a time of 19:35.66, and the Montana State Cross Country Classic, finishing 31st with a time of 18:40.50… Finished 27th with a time of 22:02.3 in the Open Race at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
Indoor: Ran career-best times of 5:14.56 in the mile at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge and 10:27.79 in the 3,000 meters at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational… Best finish of the season came at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational, where she captured third in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:39.40... Earned academic all-Mountain West and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Shelley (Idaho) High School… Was the 3A individual state and district champion in cross country as a junior… Placed fourth as a sophomore and seventh as a senior at the state cross country championships… Two-time first-team all-area in cross country… Helped lead the Russets to the state cross country title as a sophomore… Shelley HS also placed fourth at state during her junior season and fifth the following year… Placed fourth in the 3,200 meters and sixth in the 1,600 meters as a senior at the state track & field championships… Member of the 2019 all-area track & field team… Finished second at state and captured the district title in the 3,200 meters, and placed third at state and first at district in the 1,600 meters, as a junior… Also helped Shelley HS capture state title in 2018… During her sophomore season, placed third at state in the 3,200 meters, fourth in the 1,600 meters and seventh in the 800 meters, helping the Russets place third as a team… Member of the National Honor Society and earned a Non-Resident Waiver Scholarship… Graduated fourth in her class of 150.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kevin and Amy Callahan… Has one brother and two sisters… Her mom was a sprinter and long jumper on Utah State’s track & field team from 1994-99… Served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Seattle, Washington, from September 2020 through February 2022… Majoring in residential landscape design and construction.
