2022 (GR) 
Cross Country (2021): Led Utah State to a 28th-place finish at the NCAA Championships by placing 81st with a time of 20:23.9… Placed 26th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a time of 20:55.8 to help Utah State place seventh as a team… Earned second-team all-Mountain West honors after placing 10th at the conference championships with a time of 20:05.1, leading Utah State to a second-place finish as a team… Helped the Aggies to a team title at the Montana State Invitational by placing fifth with a time of 16:35.6… Placed fourth with a time of 10:03.3 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run to lead Utah State to a third-place team finish… Finished 33rd with a time of 20:43.0 at the Nuttycombe Wis­consin Invitational... Named a MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Placed ninth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:03.56 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where she also ran a personal-best time of 9:49.88 in the 3,000 meters to place 17th… Set the second-fastest time by an Aggie in the 5,000 meters at the Boston University-hosted David Hemery Valentine Invitational, placing 19th with a time of 16:23.77… Also placed fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:37.97 at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 20th with a time of 10:22.87 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Earned first-team all-Mountain West honored after placing third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:12.36 at the Outdoor Championships… Earned MW Women’s Track Athlete of the Week accolades after placing first in the steeplechase with a career-best time of 10:12.29, which ranks second all-time in school history, at the Mt. SAC Relays… Finished seventh in the steeplechase with a time of 10:27.56 at the Stanford Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time of 16:34.92 in the 5,000 meters, which ranks fifth all-time in school history, to place eighth at the Fresno State Invitational... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors and was named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (SR)
Cross Country (2020): Qualified for an at-large bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Stillwater, Okla., where she placed 43rd with a time of 21:01.6… Earned second-team all-conference honors after placing eighth at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 20:22.1… Placed fourth at the Dixie State Invitational with a time of 20:48.1 to help the Aggies capture the team title… Was the top Utah State finisher in the Florida State Winter Classic Garnet Race, placing 19th  with a time of 20:43.5… Garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic, academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Placed 24th in the semifinals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:21.02 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Finished fourth in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:17.39 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, where she also competed in the 5,000 meters… Set the Idaho State Davis Field record in the women’s 5,000 meters by 16 seconds as she crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 17:01.23 to place first in the event… Ran a leg on the 4x1,600-meter relay team that placed second with a personal-best time of 19:50.04 at the Drake Relays… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020 (JR)
Cross Country (2019): Placed 48th with a time of 21:13.4 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Top Aggie finisher at the Mountain West Championships, placing 18th with a time of 21:00.4… Tabbed the MW Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week after finishing first among Aggie competitors, and second overall, with a time of 18:29.40 at the USU-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Led the Aggie women to the team title with 25 points at the Sagebrush Invitational… Finished fifth with a time of 17:40.90 at the Montana State Cross Country Classic… Placed 62nd with a time of 20:59.0 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run and 162nd with a time of 21:46.3 at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:16.92 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished first in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 10:02.57 at the North Dakota State-hosted Bison Team Cup… Ran career-best time of 16:52.83 in the 5,000 meters, which ranks third all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (SO)
Cross Country (2018): Ran in four races for the Aggies during the season, recording a pair of top-10 finishes… Placed sixth with a time of 18:33.25 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Finished eighth with a time of 19:14.9 at the Utah Open… Placed 39th with a time of 22:22.7 in the unseeded race at Pre-Nationals… Also finished 85th with a time of 22:06 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run... Earned academic all-Mountain West and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Placed first in the mile with a personal-best time of 5:11.87 at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Invitational… Ran season-best time of 10:18.86 in the 3,000 meters, placing 11th in the event at the Boise State-hosted Bronco Challenge.
Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:38.49 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Placed first in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:55.82 at the UC Irvine-hosted Collegiate Classic… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2018 (FR)
Cross Country (2017): Competed in four races during the year, with her best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where she placed 10th with a time of 18:25.43… Placed 15th at the BYU Autumn Classic with a mark of 17:25.3… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.
Indoor: Set season-best times of 5:21.53 in the mile at the Montana State Dual Meet and 10:44.78 in the 3,000 meters at the New Mexico Team Challenge.
Outdoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at four meets during the season… Placed first in the event with times of 11:11.53 and 11:19.83, respectively, the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational and BYU-hosted Clarence Robison Invitational… Ran season-best time of 10:56.90 in the steeplechase at the UC Irvine-hosted Spring Collegiate Classic… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed third in state at the 4A cross country championships and third in the two-mile run at the state track & field championships as a senior at Skyridge High School in Lehi, Utah… Helped the Falcons to a fifth-place team finish at the cross country state championships… Earned all-state cross country honors as a junior and senior… A three-time team MVP in cross country and three-time team MVP in track & field as a distance runner… Won seven total letters between cross country and track & field… Also competed in swimming, earning all-district honors as a freshman, sophomore and junior… Qualified for the state championships in the 500-meter freestyle as a freshman… A three-year letterwinner in swimming… Earned a Dean’s Scholarship and garnered academic all-region accolades.

PERSONAL: One of four children of Kim and Shellie Struthers… Married Logan Haviland in December of 2018... Majoring in residential landscape design and construction.
