Indoor: Ran the mile at two meets with his best finish coming at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational, where he placed fourth with a time of 4:24.14… Earned academic all-Mountain West and USU Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (SO)
Cross Country (2018): Competed in three meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed 13th with a time of 22:41.70… Finished 16th with a time of 22:22.68 at the USU-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational… Crossed the finish line in 49th with a time of 22:52.5 at the BYU-hosted Autumn Classic.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the DMR with a personal-best time of 10:02.33 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where he also finished 34th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:58.27… Recorded career-best times of 4:16.66 in the mile at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational and 8:06.20 in the 3,000 meters, which ranks fourth all-time in school history, at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:51.17 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Ran career-best time of 3:49.72 in the 1,500 meters at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic… Also recorded personal-best time of 14:37.27 in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Competed on South Dakota’s cross country team for one season… Finished 126th with a time of 31:13.54 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships… Earned all-conference second-team honors with a 14th-place finish of 25:40.12 at the Summit League Championships… Recorded a career-best 8k time of 25:38.2 at the Bradley Pink Classic… Scored for the Coyotes in all six meets and led the team at the Minnesota-hosted Roy Griak Invitational by taking 49th with a time of 26:32.60.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Xavier High School in Appleton, Wis… Earned all-state honors three times… Tabbed Post Crescent Track Athlete of the Year in 2017 and Post Crescent Cross Country Athlete of the Year in 2016… A three-time cross country MVP and two-time track & field MVP… Was the Wisconsin D2 Runner of the Year and nominated for Wisconsin Gatorade Cross Country Athlete of the Year after capturing the state cross country championship with a time of 15:44, the sixth-fastest time in Wisconsin D2 history… Also won three Bay Conference cross country titles and three sectional cross country titles… Placed third in state in 2015 and 11th in 2014… Was the 2017 sectional champion in the 3,200 meters with a time of 9:12.78… Ran the fastest time in the state of Wisconsin in 2017 in the 1,600 meters (4:11.45) at the 2017 sectional… Placed 29th at the Footlocker Midwest with a time of 15:42… Helped the Xavier HS track & field team win the WIAA state championship in 2017… Was a three-time class president at Xavier HS… Earned academic honors twice… Named academic all-state twice.
