Cross Country (2023): Took 20th with a 5k time of 19:32 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Finished 11th with a 6k time of 23:36.60 at the Nevada-hosted 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview… Placed 17th with a 5k time of 19:12.60 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial… Took 18th with a 5k time of 19:50.0 at the Utah Open… Named academic all-Mountain West.
Indoor: Finished third in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 10:32.72 at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal record time of 10:55.05 at the Long Beach State-hosted Pacific Coast Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors. 

2023 (SO)
Cross Country (2022): Was the first Aggie and third runner overall to cross the finish line at the Idaho State Open, where she helped Utah State capture the team title by completing the 6K course in 22:34.3… Placed 17th with a 5K time of 19:11 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where the Aggies captured the team crown… Finished 12th with a 5K time of 18:53.15 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational.
Indoor: Won the 5,000 meters at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a career-best time of 18:26.63… Placed 24th in the 3,000 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational with a season-best time of 10:51.80.
Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a career-best time of 11:12.04.

2022 (FR)
Cross Country (2021): Finished 12th with a time of 19:44.0 at the sea­son-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Placed 34th with a time of 18:12.5 at the Montana State Invita­tional… Helped the Aggies to a first-place team finish at the Idaho State Invitational by placing eighth with a time of 23:01.8… Placed seventh overall with a time of 19:10.4 at the USU-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memo­rial Invitational… Named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week after placing 18th with a time of 19:49.7 at the Utah Open, helping the Aggies finish second as a team... Earned Academic All-MW honors.
Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3,000 meters with a career-best time of 10:23.99 at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial… Ran a career-best time of 5:23.43 in the mile to place 11th at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Finished 11th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:35.98 at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games… Placed 14th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:38.37 at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational.
Outdoor: Recorded a career-best time of 11:26.57 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase to place 10th at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational… Ran a career-best time of 10:42.53 in the 3,000 meters, placing 12th at the Washington Invitational… Finished third in the steeplechase with a time of 12:00.59 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Placed 12th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:32.64 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was named a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track & field and cross country at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah… Placed third in the 3,200 meters (11:16.04), 10th in the 1,600 meters (5:25.68) and 13th in the 800 meters (2:27.12) at the UHSAA 1A-4A State Track & Field Championships... Ran career-best time of 2:26.34 to finish seventh at the Region 9 Track & Field Championships... Also ran career-best times of 5:11.75 in the 1,600 meters to place sixth at the Pine View Invitational and 11:12.99 in the 3,200 meters to capture third at the Desert Hills Invitational... Finished sixth with a time of 18:50.2 at the UHSAA 4A State Cross Country Championships... Set a personal best in the 3-mile with a time of 17:32.0 to place fourth at the Woodbridge Classic Trample the Cirus Virtual Race... Finished ninth with a time of 19:18.9 at the Region 9 Cross Country Championships... She placed seventh (18:29.3) at the Region 9 Championships and 15th (19:26.6) at the 4A state championships during her junior season of cross country... As a sophomore, won the Snow Canyon Cross Country Invitational with a time of 19:02.0... Finished 16th (19:25.7) at the region championships and 37th (19:55.2) at the state championships... In her third-career cross country meet for Desert Hills HS, she won the Hurricane Invitational with a time of 20:10.7 during her freshman campaign.
