Indoor: Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:42.90 as she placed 38th in the field at the Washington Invitational… Helped USU to victory in the distance medley relay at the Weber State Invitational with a personal-best time of 12:39.55… Placed third in the mile at the BYU December Invitational with a season-best time of 5:08.62.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best outdoor mile of 5:08.37 at the Weber State Spring Classic, taking ninth in the field… Took 57th in the 5,000 meters at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a season-best time of 17:17.90… Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters of 4:41.86 at the Utah Tech Invitational, placing 13th in the competition… Academic All-Mountain West honoree… MW Scholar-Athlete… USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

Cross Country (2024): Placed third at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:08.04, helping the Aggies sweep the top five places and the team title … Finished third at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational with a 5K time of 18:43.73, helping the Aggies win the team title… Took 98th at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals with a 6K time of 22:04.0… Took 10th at the Utah Open with a 5K time of 19:22.60, helping the Aggies win the team title… Academic All-Mountain West selection… MW Scholar-Athlete.

Cross Country (2023): Placed 10th with a 5K time of 18:55 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Took sixth with a 6K time of 23:25.90 at the 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview, helping USU to the team title… Named Mountain West Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week on October 10 after she was the top Aggie finisher at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, placing second with a 5K time of 18:23.68… Finished 98th with a 6K time of 23:21.6 at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational B Race… Academic All-MW honoree… MW Scholar-Athlete… USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete… Named to the Academic All-MW team… MW Scholar-Athlete.

Cross Country (2022): Competed in five meets with her best finish coming at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run, where she placed fourth in the 6K Open Run with a time of 21:40.9… Began her collegiate career by placing 20th at the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where she placed 20th with a 5K time of 19:15 as the Aggies captured the team title… Helped the Aggies capture the team title at the Idaho State Open, where she placed ninth with a 6K time of 23:31.6… Placed 75th with a 6K time of 22:25.9 in the B Race at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational… Was the fourth Aggie to cross the finish line at the Utah Open, placing eighth with a 5K time of 19:16.6, helping Utah State capture first place… Selected to the Academic All-Mountain West team… MW Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track & field at Kuna High School in Kuna, Idaho… Recorded career-best times of 17:32 in the 5,000 meters, 10:53 in the 3,200 meters and 5:02 in the 1,600 meters, owning the school record in all three events… 2021 5A South Idaho Conference District Cross Country Champion with a time of 18:21… Placed fourth at the 2021 5A Idaho State cross country championships with a time of 18:05… Placed fifth in both the 1,600 meters and the 3,200 meters at the 2021 IHSAA T&F Championships.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Cline and Tiffany Lowe… Has three brothers and sisters… Graduated with bachelor’s degrees in dietetics and nutrition science in May 2026.
