Cross Country (2024): Placed 16th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:54.57… Finished 45th at the BYU Autumn Classic with a three-mile time of 16:35.65… Took ninth at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational with a 5K time of 19:05.71… Placed 21st at the Utah Open with a 5K time of 19:37.52.
Indoor: Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:19.77 as she placed 16th at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games… Ran a personal-best mile of 5:23.42 at the Idaho-State hosted Stacy Dragila Open, placing fifth… Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open, finishing in 10:46.59 to place 22nd.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best outdoor mile of 5:25.02 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational, finishing 13th… Won the 5,000 meters at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational in a personal-best 18:13.14… Took first in the 5,000 meters at the Utah-Weber State Spring Classic with a time of 18:18.94.

HIGH SCHOOL: A seven-time letterwinner in track & field and cross country at Highland High School in Pocatello, Idaho… Earned all-state honors in track & field and cross country her junior and senior seasons, while being selected all-district in track & field and cross country her sophomore, junior and senior years… During her senior cross country season, she had four individual wins… Placed third at the state meet… Ran a personal best time of 18:14 and finished all races in the top 20… In her senior track & field season, she placed 10th at the state meet in the 3,200 meters and set personal bests in the 3,200 meters (11:08), 1,600 meters (5:20) and 800 meters (2:29)… In cross country, she helped the Rams to two district championship teams (2021, 2022), a third-place finish at state in 2023 and three academic state championships (2021-2023)… In track & field, she led the Rams to a district championship and fourth place finish at state in 2023 as well as academic state championships in 2023 and 2024… Member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Chris and Kristin Sanford… Has four siblings… Majoring in mechanical engineering.
