Cross Country (2025): Placed 11th at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 7K time of 21:12.5… Finished 42nd at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with an 8K time of 23:58.3… Took 217th at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational with an 8K time of 26:17.8… Academic All-Mountain West selection… MW Scholar-Athlete.
Indoor: Finished 20th in the 5,000 meters and 18th in the 3,000 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with respective times of 15:12.20 and 8:29.38… Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:10.71 as he placed 30th in the field at the Washington-hosted Husky Classic… Placed 10th in his section of the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational with a season-best time of 14:18.37… Ran a season-best mile of 4:17.95 as he finished 10th in the field at the Idaho State-hosted Snake River Open.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West First Rounds in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with an altitude-adjusted seed time of 8:47.15, which he posted at the BYU Robison Invitational… Took sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:01.30… Set a personal best of 8:52.13 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing seventh in his section at the Stanford Invitational… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… Earns Academic All-MW honors… MW Scholar-Athlete… USU Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

GONZAGA: Competed for Gonzaga in cross country and track & field in 2023… Helped Gonzaga to its first-ever West Coast Conference men’s cross country championship, its best-ever NCAA West Region finish and its sixth-ever NCAA Cross Country Championships appearance in 2023… Earned Second-Team All-WCC honors after placing 15th at the WCC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 25:23.4… Finished 28th at the NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships with a 10K time of 29:51.2… Ran a 10K time of 31:03.1 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, placing 149th… Posted top times in a Bulldog uniform in the indoor 3,000 meters and outdoor 5,000 meters of 8:14.97 and 14:36.43, respectively.

SLCC: A four-time All-American in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field in 2024 at Salt Lake Community College… Helped the Bruins to the 2024 NJCAA Division I National Championship in cross country, taking seventh individually with an 8K time of 23:49.9… Won the individual national title in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championship, crossing the line in 8:56.70… Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters and fourth in the 4x800-meter relay at the NJCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championship… Set personal bests in the mile (4:08.73), indoor 5,000 meters (14:01.42), 10,000 meters (29:34.85) and 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:55.49).

HIGH SCHOOL: An eight-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at South Medford (Oregon) High School… Earned All-State honors seven times and broke 10 school records… Ran the second-fastest two-mile race in Oregon state history, only behind legendary U.S. Olympian Steve Prefontaine… Helped South Medford to state cross country championship appearances in 2018, 2019 and 2021… Competed at the World Championships in mountain running twice, finishing as the top American runner each time as he placed seventh overall at the 2022 championships in Thailand and 15th the 2023 championships in Austria… Ran for the Timberhill Harriers club team, winning the 2018 national championship at the USATF Junior Olympics… Earned Academic All-State honors… Member of the National Honor Society  and Rogue Valley Manor Mentors and served as senior class treasurer… Graduated in 2022 with a 3.98 GPA.
