OUTDOOR RECORDS: Ranks third all-time in USU history in the discus with a mark of 52.02 meters (170-8) and eighth all-time in the hammer with a throw of 58.47 meters (191-10), both of which were set in 2021.

2021 (FIFTH YEAR)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Finished 43rd in the discus with a heave of 44.19 meters (144-11) at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Placed sixth in the discus (50.10 meters/164-4) and 10th in the hammer (53.74 meters/176-3) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Finished second in the discus with a personal-best throw of 52.02 meters (170-8), which ranks third all-time in school history, at the Oklahoma-hosted Sooner Invitational & Multis… Placed third in the hammer with a career-best mark of 58.47 meters (191-10), which ranks eighth all-time in school history, at the UNLV Spring Invitational & Sheila Tarr-Smith Multis… Won the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational hammer with a throw of 57.41 meters (188-4)… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2020 (SR)
Indoor: Placed 12th in the weight throw with a mark of 16.88 meters (55-4.75) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Competed in the weight throw at seven meets, recording four top-10 finishes… Placed second in the weight throw with a mark of 16.69 meters (54-9.00) at the BYU Indoor Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (JR)
Indoor: Placed 11th in the weight throw with a mark of 17.02 meters (55-10.25) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Recorded career-best heave of 17.35 meters (56-11.25) in the weight throw to place third in the weight throw at the Montana State Dual Meet.
Outdoor: Placed 38th in the hammer (55.69 meters/182-8) and 46th in the discus (46.00 meters/150-11) at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Finished fifth in the hammer with a season-best mark of 57.45 meters (188-6) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Also placed sixth in the discus with a heave of 51.00 meters (167-4) at the Outdoor Championships… Recorded a season-best mark of 51.09 meters (167-7) in the discus at the Long Beach State-hosted Beach Invitational… Placed first in the hammer at a pair of meets, the Utah Valley Invitational (54.28 meters/178-1) and the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational (57.20 meters/187-8)… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2018 (RS-SO)
Indoor: Placed 18th in the weight throw with a mark of 15.12 meters (49-7.75) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Finished fifth in the weight throw with a season-best mark of 16.40 meters (53-9.75) at the Montana State Dual Meet.
Outdoor: Finished sixth in the discus with a season-best mark of 48.63 meters (159-6) and 11th in the hammer throw with a mark of 49.35 meters (161-11) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded 10 top-10 finishes, including placing in the top five on six occasions… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2017 (SO)
Indoor: Did not compete during the season.
Outdoor: Placed 15th in the hammer throw (47.02 meters/154-03) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded season-best mark of 52.06 meters (170-10) in the hammer and a season-best mark of 44.04 meters (144-6) in the discus at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational, where she placed fourth in each event… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2016 (FR)
Indoor: Finished ninth in the weight throw with a season-best mark of 14.91 meters (48-11) at the Montana State Invitational… Tallied a season-best mark of 10.95 meters (35-11.25) in the shot put at the Boise State Team Challenge.
Outdoor: Competed in one meet, placing third in the discus with a throw of 41.10 meters (134-10) at the Utah Valley Invitational… Earned Mountain West Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A nine-time letterwinner in volleyball, basketball and track & field at Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor, Wash… Placed second as a sophomore, eighth as a junior and fourth as a senior in the discus at the state championships… Recorded track & field bests of 42.08 meters (138-1) in the discus and 11.29 meters (37-0.5) in the shot put.

PERSONAL: One of two children of Steve and Tammie Zilkey… Majoring in exercise science and communication studies.
