2025 (JR)
Indoor: Took fifth in the shot put and seventh in the weight throw at the Mountain West Championships with a personal-best throw of 14.93 meters (48-11.75) and a mark of 17.79 meters (58-4.5), respectively… Won the weight throw competition at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain States Games with a personal-best mark of 18.09 meters (59-4.25)… Placed first in the shot put at the Idaho-State hosted Stacy Dragila Open with a distance of 14.58 meters (47-10)… Won the shot put title at the Weber State Invitational with a mark of 14.40 meters (47-3).
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the shot put, ninth in the discus and 11th in the hammer at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, posting a personal-best shot put throw of 15.04 meters (49-4.25) and marks of 47.05 meters (154-4) and 49.17 meters (161-4) in the discus and hammer, respectively… Set personal records in the discus and hammer with throws of 48.36 meters (158-8) and 55.53 meters (182-2), respectively, at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Won the shot put title at the Utah-Weber State Spring Classic with a throw of 14.52 meters (47-7.75)… Finished first in the shot put at the Utah Tech Invitational, posting a mark of 14.27 meters (46-9.75).

2024 (SO)
Indoor: Set season bests at the Mountain West Indoor Championships as she placed seventh in the shot put with a mark of 14.58 meters (47-10), a throw which ranks 10th all-time in school history, and 11th in the weight throw with a mark of 16.95 meters (55-7).
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the shot put with a mark of 13.91 meters (45-7.75), 12th in the hammer with a mark of 50.83 meters (166-9) and 12th in the discus with a mark of 43.00 meters (141-1) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a season best in the hammer with a mark of 51.46 meters (168-10) as she finished third at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Took third with a season best in the discus with a mark of 44.05 meters (144-6) at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Set a season best in the shot put with a mark of 14.79 meters (48-6.25) as she placed seventh at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta.
 
2023 (FR)
Indoor: Placed 11th in the shot put at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with a mark of 13.18 meters (43-3.00)… Finished eighth in the weight throw and ninth in the discus at the BYU Invitational II with a season-best mark of 14.89 meters (48-10.25) and a personal-best throw of 40.64 meters (133-4) … Placed second in the shot put at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a season-best mark of 13.83 meters (45-4.50).
Outdoor: Placed 15th in the hammer at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a season-best mark of 43.82 meters (143-9), also finishing 10th in the shot put with a mark of 14.19 meters (46-6.75)… Placed fifth in the shot put and 12th in the discus at the season-opening Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic with respective season-best marks of 14.24 meters (46-8.75) and 38.95 meters (127-9).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in the shot put, weight throw, discus and javelin at Logan High School in Logan, Utah… Placed first at the UHSAA State Championships in the shot put and discus both her senior and junior seasons, also earning a runner-up finish in the javelin as a senior… Placed fifth in the javelin at the state championships as a junior… As a freshman, placed fifth in the discus and 17th at the javelin at the 2019 UHSAA State Championships… Recorded career-best marks of 42-9 in the shot put, 143-10.75 in the discus, 123-1 in the javelin and 37-9.5 in the weight throw.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Bill and Melinda Garren… Father, Bill, serves as Utah State’s Assistant Athletics Director for Video Operations… Older sister, Maia, competed for Utah State track & field from 2017 through 2022, ranking first all-time at USU in the indoor weight throw, second in the indoor shot put, third in the outdoor shot put, eighth in the discus and 10th in the hammer… Majoring in kinesiology.
