Cross Country (2023): Finished 11th with a 5k time of 18:55 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational… Took 12th with a 6k time of 23:39.30 at the Nevada-hosted 2024 NCAA Mountain Regional Preview… Placed fourth with a 5k time of 18:32.92 at the Utah State-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial, helping USU claim the team title… Finished 73rd with a 6k time of 22:56.7 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational B Race… Named academic all-Mountain West.
Indoor: Set a personal best in the DMR with a time of 12:21.21 as she placed third at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games.
Outdoor: Set personal bests in the 800 meters (second, 2:16.58) and 4x400-meter relay (fourth, 3:59.18) at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:05.95 as she placed 16th at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational... Earned academic all-MW honors. 

2023 (FR)
Cross Country (2022): Named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week after helping lead Utah State to a second-place finish at the USU-hosted Steve T. Reeder Memorial Invitational, where she finished 18th with a 5K time of 19:20.02… Placed 13th with a 6K time of 23:47.0 at the Idaho State Open as the Aggies captured the team crown… Began her collegiate career by placing 22nd with a 5K time of 19:19 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, which the Aggies won… Placed 10th with a 5K time of 19:27.7 at the Utah Open, where Utah State finished first as a team.
Indoor: Placed fifth in the mile at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational with a career-best time of 5:06.34… Finished 19th in the 3,000 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational with a career-best time of 10:39.60.
Outdoor: Placed 18th in the 1,500 meters at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:35.52… Finished sixth in the 1,500 meters at the Fresno State Invitational with a career-best time of 4:33.01… Finished 11th in the 800 meters at the Utah Spring Classic with a career-best time of 2:18.07… Earned academic all-MW honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterwinner at Newbury Park (California) High School… Helped the team to a CIF Southern Section and state championship in 2019 at the D2 level, and to a CIF championships in 2021 at the D1 level… Recorded career-best times of 2:25 in the 800 meters, 4:55 in the 1,600 meters, 4:58 in the mile, 10:53 in the 3,200 meters, 17:05 in the 3-mile and 17:54 in the 5,000 meters… Earned all-state and all-district honors as a senior… Won the 4x1,600 meters in the high school division at the 2022 Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 19:48.81… Placed ninth at CIF-SS Division 1 Track and Field Finals as a senior in the 1,600 meters with a time of 5:04.90… Placed first in the 3-mile at the Marmonte League Finals as a sophomore in 2019.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Damon and Joanna Nygren… Has one sister and two brothers… Majoring in biology.
