OUTDOOR RECORDS: Ranks first all-time in USU history in both the 100m (10.13) and 4x100m relay (39.44)… Also holds the second-, third-, fifth-, sixth and 10th-fastest times (39.50; 39.90; 40.20; 40.32; 40.45) in that event… Ranks second all-time in school history in the 200m with a time of 20.70.

2016 (SR)
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Was part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fourth at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships with a school-record time of 3:04.84… Selected first-team all-Mountain West in three events, placing second in both the 100m (10.28) and 4x100m (40.09), and third in the 200m (20.73), at the Outdoor Championships… Notched personal-best time of 20.70 in the prelims of the 200m, which ranks second all-time in school history, at the MW Outdoor Championships… Also notched personal-best times of 50.08 in the 400m at the UC Irvine Anteater Invitational, 39.50 in the 4x100m at the Weber State-hosted Twilight Meet and 3:21.51 in the 4x400m at the UCLA-hosted Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersey Invitational… Recorded 13 top-three finishes during the season… Garnered academic all-MW, MW Scholar-Athlete and USTFCCCA all-academic accolades.  

2015 (SR)
Indoor: Named second-team All-American after placing 10th in the semifinals of the 200m with a time of 20.94 at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Earned first-team all-MW honors after winning the 200m with a school- and conference-record time of 20.80, and placing second in the 60m with a time of 6.64 at the Indoor Championships... Placed first in the 200m in three of the four meets he competed in... Also placed first in the 60m at three separate meets... Redshirted during the outdoor season... Was a MW Scholar-Athlete.

2014 (JR)
Indoor: Received first-team all-MW honors after winning the 60m and 200m, as well as being named the Outstanding Performer of the Meet at the Indoor Championships... Set school records in the 60m (6.61) and 200m (20.72)...
Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 100m at the NCAA Outdoor Finals... Finished 10th in the 100m, 14th in the 4x100m and 15th in the 200m preliminary races at the First Round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships... Tabbed first-team all-MW after winning the 100m, 200m and 4x100m at the Outdoor Championships as well as being named the Outstanding Performer of the Meet... Earned academic all-MW honors and was a MW Scholar-Athlete... Also earned academic all-district honors.

2013 (SO)
Indoor: Set school records in the 60m (6.70) and 200m (21.17) and was named first-team all-WAC after placing second in the 60m and third in the 200m at the Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 4x100m, 26th in the 200m and 31st in the 100m preliminary races at the First Round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships... Earned first-team all-WAC honors as part of 4x100m relay team that placed third at the Outdoor Championships... Also tabbed second-team all-WAC after finishing fifth in the 200m and sixth in the 100m at the Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.

2012 (FR)
Outdoor: Finished 39th in the 200m and 41st in the 100m at the First Round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships... Earned first-team all-WAC honors after placing second in the 100m and 200m at the Outdoor Championships... Earned academic all-WAC honors.
Indoor: Named 2012 WAC Indoor Freshman of the Year... Collected first-team all-WAC honors after finishing second in the 60m and 200m, along with placing third in the 4x400m relay at the Indoor Championships. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A seven-time letterwinner... Named MVP at the YMCA Invitational in 2011... Also played football... Named to all-state football team twice and was a member of the 2007 state champion team.

PERSONAL: Full name is Nicholas Jordan Bowens... One of three children of Alfred and Sandy Bowens... Majoring in civil engineering.
