2024 (SR)
Indoor: Finished seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.27, which ranks fifth all-time in school history, and 19th in the 400 meters preliminaries with a time of 56.56 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 600 meters with a time of 1:34.64 as she placed second at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet… Won the 4x400-meter relay at the Utah State-hosted Roman Ruiz Speed and Power Meet (3:53.00) and Weber State Invitational (3:55.22).
Outdoor: Finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal best time of 3:39.88, which ranks second in school history, to earn All-Mountain West honors at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Also placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles finals with a time of 59.28, after placing eighth in the preliminaries with a time of 1:00.51, at the MW Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.20, which ranks fifth in school history, as she placed second at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Won the 4x100-meter relay (46.94) and the 4x400-meter relay (3:46.08) at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational… Totaled nine podium finishes during the season... Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors. 

2023 (JR)
Indoor: Named to the all-Mountain West team after placing third in the distance medley relay at the MW Indoor Championships with a career-best time of 11:33.21, ranking second all-time at USU… Also placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay and 17th in the 60-meter hurdles at the conference championships with respective times of 3:46.57 and 9.05… Placed seventh in the 400 meters at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational with a career-best time of 56.12… Won the 600 meters at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet with a career-best time of 1:35.29… Placed fifth in the 200 meters at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational with a career-best time of 25.57.
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:01.21… Placed fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Fresno State Invitational with a season-best time of 1:00.07, also placing fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a season-best time of 3:48.75…Placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational with a time of 1:00.22 and set a career-best time in the 200 meters of 25.12 to finish 10th… Earned CSC academic all-district, academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

2022 (SO)
Indoor: Placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 3:41.96, which ranks third all-time in school history, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where she also finished 12th in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles (career-best time of 8.85) and 12th in the prelims of the 400 meters (career-best time of 56.52)… Placed first in the 600 meters with a career-best time of 1:38.36 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet, where she also finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.00… Placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:53.28 at the Idaho State-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational, also placing seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (9.12) and 11th in the 200 meters (26.59) at the same event… Opened the season by placing second in the 4x400-meter relay (3:55.50) and placing fifth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.04) at the BYU Invitational… Placed fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 58.66 at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial… Finished fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:47.96 at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Recorded 13 top-10 finishes on the season, including four top-three finishes.
Outdoor: Placed 40th in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.31 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 59.49, which ranks sixth all-time in school history, at Utah State at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, where she also scored points in the 4x400-meter relay by placing eighth with a time of 3:45.83… Also finished 13th in the prelims of the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.37 at the outdoor championships… Ran a career-record time of 14.36 in the 100-meter hurdles to place seventh at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational, where she also placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 3:44.72… Opened the season with a career-best time of 25.65 in the 200 meters, placing 23rd at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic… Finished first in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.47 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational, where she also placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.75… Placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:49.59 at the Utah Valley Invitational, also finishing second in the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.16) and ninth in the 100-meter hurdles (14.63) at the same meet… Recorded 13 top-10 placed, including four podium finishes, on the season... Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic and Academic All-MW honors and was also named a MW Scholar-Athlete and a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (FR)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:01.35), seventh in the 4x100-meter relay (career-best 47.55), seventh in the 4x400-meter relay (3:51.19) and ninth in the 100-meter hurdles (14.69) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Advanced to the outdoor finals of the 100-meter hurdles by placing eighth in the prelims with a season-best time of 14.45… Finished fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a season-best time of 3:46.45 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Placed seventh in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 1:00.77 at the Fresno State-hosted West Coast Relays… Opened the season by clocking a season-best time of 25.96 in the 200 meters to finish 27th at the UNLV Spring Invitational & Sheila Tarr-Smith Multis… Earned academic all-MW and MW Scholar-Athlete honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner in track & field at Ridgeline High School in Millville, Utah… Competed in the 100 and 200 meters, the 4x100- and 4x400-meter relays, and the 100- and 300-meter hurdles… Placed third in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 44.81 as a junior at the 2018 state championships… A two-time region champion in the 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore and junior… Ran a leg on the 4x100-meter relay team that won the region championships in 2018… Helped the Riverhawks place second in region in 2019… Tabbed the Female MVP for Ridgeline HS in 2018 and 2019… Recorded career-best time of 44.67 in the 300-meter hurdles while competing for her club team in 2020… Was the student council vice president and a member of the National Honor Society at Ridgeline HS… Earned both a Regents and Residential Scholarship… Was also a three-year starter in soccer for the Riverhawks, earning four letters in the process… Earned all-region accolades in soccer while helping lead Ridgeline HS to a region championship and second-place state finish in 2019.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Steve and Magen Smith… Has three sisters and one brother… Her cousin, Madie Siddoway-Gates, played soccer at BYU, while her grandpa, Kohn Smith, was the head men’s basketball coach at Utah State for five seasons from 1989-93… Majoring in marketing.
