INDOOR RECORDS: Ranks eighth all-time in USU history in the heptathlon with 4,544 points.

OUTDOOR RECORDS: Ranks eighth all-time in USU history in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.35.

2018 (JR)
Indoor: Placed sixth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:21.25) and seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (8.38) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Set career-best time of 8.35 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Indoor Championships, placing eighth in the prelims… Recorded one first-place finish on the season, capturing gold in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal-best time of 3:19.61 at the Jackson Nike Boise Indoor Invitational… Set career-best time of 50.89 in the 400 meters at the New Mexico Team Challenge.
Outdoor: Competed in three events at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, placing fourth in the 110-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 14.72, and finishing fifth in both the 400-meter hurdles (55.07) and 4x400-meter relay (3:16.93)… Set career-best time of 3:16.61 in the prelims of the 4x400-meter relay at the Texas Relays… Placed first with a time of 52.78 in the 400-meter hurdles one week later at the Utah/Weber State-hosted Spring Classic. 

2017 (SO)
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Finished 48th in the first round of the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 55.59 at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships… Earned first-team all-Mountain West honors after placing third in the 400-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 51.35, which ranks eighth all-time in school history, at the Outdoor Championships… Recorded 11 top-10 finishes during the season.

2016 (FR) 
Indoor: Placed 10th in the heptathlon with 4,544 points, which ranks eighth all-time in school history, at the Mountain West Indoor Championships. 
Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 110-meter hurdles (15.09) and ninth in the 400-meter hurdles (54.59) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Recorded a pair of first-place finishes in the 400-meter hurdles, once at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational with a time of 55.57 and then again at the Weber State-hosted Twilight Meet with a time of 54.36.

HIGH SCHOOL: Multiple letterwinner in basketball and track & field at Ralls (Texas) High School… Qualified for the state championships five times.

PERSONAL: One of five children of Kelly and Cheryl Wing… Brother, Heath, competed in track & field at Utah State from 2007-2009… Majoring in exercise science.
