Cross Country (2024): Took fourth at the Utah State Alumni Challenge with a 5K time of 18:08.82, helping the Aggies sweep the top five places and the team title… Placed 18th at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 6K time of 20:26.9, helping the Aggies to a team title… Finished 95th at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run with a 6K time of 21:23.2… Took 82nd at the Princeton Fall Classic with a 6K time of 21:03.8… Placed 66th at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a 6K time of 21:20.9.
Indoor: Finished 18th in the 3,000 meters at the Mountain West Indoor Championships with a time of 9:49.33… Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:32.64 as she placed 99th in the field at the Boston University-hosted Valentine Invitational… Placed second in her section of the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational with a personal-best time of 16:24.30.
Outdoor: Placed 46th in the semifinals of the 5,000 meters at the NCAA West First Rounds, finishing in a time of 17:13.39… Took fifth in the 10,000 meters at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships with a personal-best time of 34:41.57… Broke the school record in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:04.58, placing fifth in her section at the Stanford Invitational.

2024 (SO)
Cross Country (2023): Started season by placing fifth with a 5K time of 18:43 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, helping USU to the team title… Finished 121st with a 5K time of 17:51.1 at the Virginia Invitational… Took 202nd with a 6K time of 22:06.0 at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational… Placed 31st with a 6K time of 21:16.8 at the Mountain West Championships… Finished 67th with a 6K time of 21:12.8 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships.
Indoor: Set a season best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:17.38 as she placed 19th at the Washington Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 16th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:55.31 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a season best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:28.46, which ranks sixth in school history, as she took third in her heat at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational… Took second in the 3,000 meters with a personal best time of 9:57.34, which ranks 10th in school history, at the Utah Tech Invitational… Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:05.74 as she placed 15th at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational.

2023 (FR)
Cross Country (2022): Placed 51st with a 6K time of 21:38.3 at the Mountain West Championships, where the Aggies placed third as a team… Began her collegiate career by placing 13th with a 5K time of 18:47 at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, helping the Aggies place first as a team… Finished 122nd with a 6K time of 20:58.7 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run as Utah State placed fourth out of 46 teams… The first Aggie to cross the finish line in the 6K B Race at the Wisconsin-hosted Nuttycombe Invitational, placing 22nd with a time of 21:29.8.
Indoor: Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational with a career-best time of 10:10.25… Finished 16th in the 5,000 meters at the Washington Invitational with a career-best time of 17:26.34.
Outdoor: Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters at the San Francisco State-hosted Mike Fanelli Track Classic with a career-best time of 17:02.60.

HIGH SCHOOL: A five-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Crimson Cliffs High School in Washington, Utah… Earned first-team all-state honors in cross country her senior season, placing third at the UHSAA Class 4A State Championships… Placed ninth at the 2020 UHSAA Class 4A State Championships to earn second-team all-state accolades her junior year… Made first-team all-state in track & field in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters during her senior season, placing second and third, respectively, at the UHSAA State Championships… Also earned first-team all-state honors in the same events during her junior year, finishing eighth and fourth, respectively, at the 2021 UHSAA 1A-4A State Championships… Recorded career-best times of 2:32.86 in the 800 meters, 5:04.22 in the 1,600 meters and 11:07.02 in the 3,200 meters… Earned academic all-state accolades in both cross country and track & field… Member of the all-state choir in high school.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Tom and Tina Ellis… Has three older siblings… Member of the Logan LDS Institute Choir… Majoring in environmental engineering… Pursuing a career in environmental restoration.
