HONORS: Academic All-Mountain West (2023 T&F); Mountain West Cross Country Freshman of the Week (10/4/22).

CROSS COUNTRY (2022): Competed at the Mountain West Championships, where Utah State placed third as a team, but did not finish due to injury… Tabbed the MW Freshman of the Week after placing fourth in the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run Open 8K race with a time of 24:01.2… Best finish of the season was at the Idaho State Open, where he helped lead the Aggies to the team title by placing second with a 6K time of 18:34.5… Placed 25th with an 8K time of 24:34.6 in the B Race at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational… Began his collegiate career by placing 13th at the season-opening Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he placed 13th with a 7K time of 22:05 to help the Aggies capture the team title.
Indoor: Finished 14th in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:24.16 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Won the mile with a personal-best time of 4:16.88 at the USU-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:27.54 as he placed third at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:57.87 as he finished 13th at the Idaho State-hosted Bengal Invitational… Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track and cross country at Auburn High School in Auburn, Alabama... Placed second at the AHSAA Class 7A State XC Championships, also helping his team to a second-place team finish... Finished 12th and 30th at the 2019 and 2018 State XC Championships, respectively... Placed 19th in the 1,600 meters at the 2020 AHSAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:42.21... Won the 1,600 meters with a time of 4:30.73 and placed second in the 3,200 meters at the 2019 AHSAA 7A Section 2 Championships with a time of 9:42.63... Recorded personal-best times of 2:02.42 in the 800 meters, 4:26.10 in the 1,600 meters and 9:29.35 in the 3,200 meters.
