Cross Country (2023): Finished 83rd at the Virginia Invitational with an 8k time of 24:17.2… Placed 257th with an 8k time of 25:54.2 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational… Took 51st at the Mountain West Championships with an 8k time of 24:59.9… Finished 72nd at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships with a 10k time of 30:51.8.
Indoor: Ran a season-best 3,000 meters with a time of 8:41.15 as he finished sixth at the Idaho State-hosted Mountain State Games… Ran a season-best mile with a time of 4:21.09 as he took seventh at the Weber State Invitational.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:26.79 as he placed 24th at the Weber State Spring Open.

2023 (JR)
Cross Country (2022): The first Aggie to cross the finish line at the NCAA Championships, placing 85th with a 10K time of 30:06.3 to help Utah State finish 26th as a team… Garnered all-region accolades by placing 23rd with a 10K time of 28:25.3 at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships… Finished 18th with an 8K time of 24:17.9 at the Mountain West Championships, helping the Aggies place third as a team… Made his Aggie debut at the Utah State-hosted Sagebrush Invitational, where he helped USU place first as a team by finishing fifth with a time of 21:38 in the 7K race… Placed 15th with an 8K time of 23:19.3 at the Lehigh-hosted Paul Short Run to help Utah State place third out of 46 teams… Finished 83rd with an 8K time of 23:59.1 at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.
Indoor: Set a personal best in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:51.42, which ranks seventh in school history, as he finished fifth at the Washington Invitational… Placed 17th in the mile with a season-best time of 4:22.42 at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Invitational.
Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:45.15 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:00.65, which ranks eighth in school history, as he placed second at the Oregon Twilight… Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:48.61 as he took 35th at the Azusa Pacific-hosted Bryan Clay Invitational.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Competed at Iowa Western CC for two years on the cross country and track & field teams… Placed 16th at the 2021 NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships and seventh at the 2021 NJCAA Region XI Cross Country Championships… Finished second in the 1,500 meters and fourth in the 5,000 meters at the 2022 Region XI NJCAA Outdoor Championships… Placed first in both the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the 2021 NJCAA Region XI Outdoor Championships… Placed third in the 1,500 meters at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 2021.

HIGH SCHOOL: Ran track and cross country for two years at Gateway High School in Colorado… Placed first in the Colorado 5A Region 1 Cross Country Championships in 2018 and at the Colorado 5A Region 2 Championships in 2017… Finished fifth at the CHSSA 5A State Cross Country Championships in 2018… Competed at the CHSAA State Track and Field Championships in 2019 in the 1,600 meters, 3,200 meters and the 4x400-meter relay, finishing 18th, fourth and 17th, respectively… Recorded nine top-three finishes and won three track events during his senior season.
