2023 (SR)
Indoor: Set personal bests as he finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:15.16 and third in the distance medley relay with a time of 9:44.03 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships… Won the 600 meters with a time of 1:24.31 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet.
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a personal-best time of 3:13.78 and took 12th in the preliminaries of the 400 meters with a time of 49.95 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Set a personal best in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 41.81 as he took fifth at the Fresno State Invitational… Set personal bests in the 200 meters with a time of 22.82 (44th) and 400 meters with a time of 49.02 (17th) at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic.

2022 (SR)
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a career-best time of 3:14.40 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships, where he also placed 12th in the prelims of the 400 meters with a time of 49.40… Ran a personal-best time of 48.69 in the 400 meters to place ninth at the New Mexico-hosted Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Placed second in the 600 meters with a career-best time of 1:22.82 at the Utah State-hosted Speed and Power Meet… Finished 12th in the 200 meters with a personal-best time of 23.12 at the New Mexico-hosted Stacy Dragila Invitational, where he also placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:24.21… Opened the season by placing third in the 400 meters with a time of 49.31 at the BYU Invitational… Placed third in both the 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the Nebraska-hosted Mark Colligan Memorial with respective times of 49.35 and 3:16.87.
Outdoor: Recorded a season-best time of 49.57 in the 400 meters to finish sixth at the Utah Valley Invitational… Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:17.36 at the Arizona-hosted Willie Williams Classic, where he also finished 19th in the prelims of the 400 meters with a time of 49.79… Placed first in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:21.02 at the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational... Earned Academic All-MW honors and was named a Joe E. and Elma Whitesides Scholar-Athlete.

2021 (JR)
Indoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outdoor: Finished 12th in the prelims of the 400 meters with a time of 49.85 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships… Won the Weber State Twilight Meet 400 meters with a time of 49.16… Won the Utah State-hosted Aggie Invitational 4x400-Meter Relay with a time of 3:18.89… Finished sixth in the 400 meters with a personal-best time of 49.03 at the Utah Valley Collegiate Invitational… Ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that placed third with a career-best time of 3:16.66 at the BYU-hosted Robison Invitational… Earned academic all-MW honors.

2020 (SO)
Indoor: Ran a career-best time of 23.19 in the 200 meters and a season-best time of 3:17.66 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Boise State-hosted Ed Jacoby Invitational… Recorded season-best time of 50.07 in the 400 meters at the Boise State-hosted Jackson’s/Nike Boise Indoor Invitational… Placed in the top 10 four times, including a pair of second-place finishes in the 4x400-meter relay... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2017 (FR)
Indoor: Competed in the 400 meters at four meets during the season with his best finish coming at the Boise State Challenge, where he placed fourth with a season-best time of 50.09… Recorded three top-10 finishes.
Outdoor: Set career-best time of 23.04 in the 200 meters at the Utah State-hosted Mark Faldmo Invitational and a season-best time of 49.36 in the 400 meters at the Utah Invitational… Competed at five meets during the season... Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time letterwinner at Mesquite High School in Gilbert, Ariz… Earned all-district and all-state honors with the Wildcats as a senior… Recorded personal-best marks of 22.63 in the 200 meters, 48.84 in the 400 meters and 3:28.28 in the 4x400-meter relay… Graduated from Mesquite HS with a 3.8 GPA.

PERSONAL: Son of Brad and Lisa Bell… Has one older sister and two younger brothers… Served an LDS Church Mission to Kennewick, Wash., from 2017-19… Majoring in civil engineering.
