2001 (JR) - Competed in three events for the Aggies after sitting out 2000 as a medical redshirt (torn ACL)... Earned all-Big West honors on the vault for the second time in her career, finishing third at the 2001 conference meet with a 9.825... Concluded the season with the team's best season averages on the vault (9.746) and bars (9.700)... Her 9.746 vault average ranks as the fourth-best in school history, while her 9.700 bar average is the seventh-best all-time at Utah State... Scored a 9.725 or better on the vault in all but three meets... Finished in the top three on vault in six different meets... Notched a 9.825 or better, including two 9.900 scores on the floor in six of the Aggies' last eight meets.

2000 (REDSHIRT) - Redshirted while recovering from a torn ACL suffered during fall training.

1999 (FR) - Claimed the Big West Championship on vault as a rookie... Also placed third on bars with a career-high 9.900 at the Big West Championships... Set new career highs on the vault and floor with scores of 9.825 and 9.900 versus BYU... Averaged 9.773 on vault, 9.598 on bars and 9.771 on the floor, which ranks her second all-time at USU for vault average and tied for fourth all-time on floor average... Ranked 48th in the nation on vault.

CLUB/HIGH SCHOOL - Level 10 gymnast for Cassie Rice and Judy Wills Cline at Gym Cats... Finished second in the all-around at the Nevada Level 10 meet while a senior in high school... Also placed second on vault and seventh on bars at that meet.

PERSONAL - Liberal Arts and Science major with a Spanish minor... Career plans include working as a social worker...Daughter of Gregorio and Ana Abrego... Has two older brothers and one older sister... Enjoys dancing, watching movies, sleeping and doing people's makeup.
